yep will get it up in the week.
Dont know what everyone else thinks but i enjoy the racing more in the final as this is when there are 10 cars.Is there any way of bringing heats together for closer racing, better for experience for summer racing when there are more cars on the track.
Only on days like today when heats only have 5/6 cars, rather race with 12 if need be,could always have a longer break after each round.
Or if its cold like it was today best to get racing over and done with!!!

Great days racing especially 11 cars in short course final.

brooksy 15-01-2012 11:17 PM

Cheers fella, ill keep an eye open for them.

spyro 16-01-2012 04:56 PM

I have some videos and loads of photo's as well, so will get them up ASAP.

Results should be updated tomorrow as well.

Thanks for a good days racing guys.

Cheers

Chris

Well done Rob, your making the last couple of rounds very intense indeed :D

Michaeli 16-01-2012 05:57 PM

Another good day racing and a good track layout.

Only down side are the control tyres and for this reason I might not be back for the Sunday series. Having to buy a set of tyres each meeting is just too costly.

I ran a new set of A compounds and the grip was ok ish to start with but betime the final came it was like driving on ice. So straight after my final I put mini pins on and I had too much grip it was under steering. So yes the track was wet etc but there are tyres that work really well but not on control list :( Shame really

But still a good effort by the A1 racing team

Thanks
Michael

reg 16-01-2012 06:16 PM

i thought the control tire worked very well......

i do think,if you cant buy the full range of spec control brand tire because they arnt in stock,it should be open to what ever you have that works on the day,

Michaeli 16-01-2012 06:34 PM

It looks like they did :) the nano's look good

And I agree with if you dont have a choice of the all tyres on the day run what ever :)

I agree with you and I'm not sure if I will do any more if we have to use dBoots, I tried A's and B's and they just don't last very long:thumbdown:

deepdale11 16-01-2012 08:59 PM

That's because you had a sneaky pair of NanoBytes on which are PINS!!!:woot:

Yeah damn close, I started racing the truck for fun, now I am considering a new motor and speedo combo so that I can stay competitive  10.5 of course.
