S2 & Atomized B44 update
We should be running at least two pre-production versions of the S2 and Atomized B44 at Coventry this weekend. This will be the final test for the cars then i can hopefully sign off the designs, and start production
If you racing at Coventry you are more than welcome to have a look at the cars, and if there is time at the end of the meeting, have a go with my S2. |
hi jonathon, good news! Any chance you will be at the broxtowe meeting the week after?
thanks, john |
Yeah get on. Cant wait for more on this b44
|
Jonathon, is there any chance of spacing the cell a bit further apart on the S2?
I realise you are limited by the size of the tub but I noticed when I saw some pics of the car that the cells are extremely close together. Personally, I'd be willing to sacrifice a tiny bit of performance to gain some peace of mind with regards to cells shorting out ;) |

looking at your car in your tent griff it did look good i like the front shock tower and the vent style shapes in it the only thing i was waondering about is that steering are there bearings in the carbon fibre? As it seemed a little woberly.

Get a B44 kit.
Sell the carbon Fibre bits, shell, undertray and Associated shocks as you don't need these. So far i have sold all of these bar the chassis. Made £110. Kit has cost me £90 so far. Great if i could sell the Chassis. Just need the £220 for conversion. |
i dont think ive ever had two cars like ive got now that are sooo fun to drive, look amazing and really have such a feel good factor to them.
there Atom-azing ! |
Oldtimer.
Have you signed off the designs for the S2 and Atomized B44 so that they can be put into production after yesterdays test. |
I think Jonathan might be away on business so might not reply that quickly.
|
is there a price and date yet for the S2
|
How far away is the Atomized B44? Any "release" date?
|

It feels quite like a 4wd to drive you can push the car so hard! |
Received my S2 from Jonathan at Kiddy yesterday.
Just finished building it tonight. Can't wait to race it at Coventry's Easter weekend event.:thumbsup: |
Hopefully i will start shipping backorders for both cars next week, but it will take some time to clear these orders. If your serious about ordering a conversion kit its worth dropping me a email and i can add you to the list.
Below are the prices for the conversion kits. S2 conversion kit for the AE B4 GBP £240 + shipping Atomized B44 conversion kit for the AE B44 GBP £220.00 + shipping Atomized B44 conversion kit without AC shock towers GBP £199.99 + shipping |
Are we glad or what :D:D..can almost feel the mailman already :D:D
|
Will there be a review of the S2 here on Oople by Jimmy here in the near future?
