brushless motors
hi, what brands have the sensor lead at the top or side ect as having problems with normal type fitting to my car the way i want it, sensor port is had against the chassis.
needs to be brca and 10.5 thanks |

GM motors have the sensor lead coming out of the top (since the 2010 version)

SP motors if they go a tiny bit over there working temp (75-80) the internals melt. Just a friendly warning from the touring car world :lol:

Because room is tight you dont want anything going into the end of the motor am i right?

Not sure what you were trying to say there but different motors seem to have a very different reaction to heat, some like it and run hot, others dont. SP dont and internals melt easier than other. In the UK they are the most used motor for lower winds from doing the nationals |

Still you as the sensor wire still goes into the end bell horizontally not vertically

Back to the question in hand I can't think of any other motors out there other than the gm and novak. Both good motors I've ran GM and they are really good but possibly due to the dirt of offroad the vents would fill with rubbish and create problems, so mayb the Novak is a stronger more reliable motor to go with just keep a eye on temp anything over 85 is to hot and 90+ is about to melt the internals.
And I'm not slagging off Novak before i get moaned at that is what Novak USA direct told me And the uk novak rep said |
