I saw this video, and less than an hour later I had ordered one  I just can't help it! It's a must-have car and I'm sure the build will be as much fun as the DEX410, perhaps even more! |

Will B4 / X6 / Cougar wheels fit ? :wub
|
You'll be able to fit the pin drive rear wheels yes - just like the new 410. The front wheels I'm not sure, they will be metric so AE wheels wont fit?
oop, I should say the pin / washer stuff you need to run the pin-drive wheels isn't in the 210 kit (it IS in the 410v3 kit however) so you'll need to get those bits if you want to adapt the car to run those wheels. |
Just sold my B44 so pleeeeeaaasssseeee Durango put us out of our misery :D

When the traxxas video teams meet the hudy press release team, this is what happens :D
Way too much stuff to tinker with tho, when an 8y-old, bone stock B4 or B4.1 works so well right out of the box... ;) car looks cool nonetheless. Paul |
The problem now is Alan wants a 410 as well ,so loads of B4,B44 ,X6, minis all for sale.
|
This car looks seriously exciting - i want
|
After I saw that video I needed a little alone time! That's going to be an awesome car.

I understand your point though, this unlike the B4 probably indeed has many more setup options than the average basher would use - which is indeed a strength of the B4 (and TRF201) when it comes to the driveability for people who don't need or don't have the feel for all the setup changes, the sales numbers, sales prices perhaps as well and spares availability... ...but not necessarily when it's on the track with a DEX210 :p The thing is, I think the DEX210 won't perform much better than the B4 on tracks the B4 was made for - perhaps in the hands of the best drivers they can get slightly more from the DEX210 as they can fine-tune it even further. However, the real advantage comes for the racer who drives in championships or on several tracks. A B4 just has a limited ability to change it's weight balance or it'll be compromised by the weight you've added, whereas the DEX210 can be set up perfectly to that track as well! There's just one thing to test: TD's 'claim' that this versatility can be done without lots of rebuilding and additional parts, like the additional gearbox housing on the TLR22. |
I know you guy's don't like bad language. But how much.

IIRC £190 ish.
