Maritime Racing is proud to present the second running Off Road Wars 2 Day Championship.

Will be run over two days 25th and 26th February 2012
Both days have 4 quilfing and 1 final (A final over 3 legs)

Classes
TC1: 2 Wheel Drive Saturday 25th February
TC2: 4 Wheel Drive Sunday 26th February

Control tire
2WD:
Rear tyre: U6608 Yellow Mini Pin Rear
Front tyre: U6609 Slim Yellow Mini Pin or U6592 Slim Stagger rib
4WD:
Rear tyre: U6608 Yellow Mini Pin Rear
Front tyre U6607 Yellow Mini pin

Trophies will be rewarded to the
10 A finalists and then to the top three in each final B and down in each class

You will be competing to take the top title of Off RoadWars Two Day World Cup Champion in two wheel and four wheel drive to accompany this title there is also a prize fund please see table below

Prize fund for both two & four wheel drive
Off RoadWars Two Day World Cup Champion £200
A final 2nd £100
A final 3rd £50
U16 Champion £50

The gantlet is down can you afford NOT to pick it up

im up for sct again it was great fun this year , lets hope MR Kinght runs the sct class again he might join in and have another go :woot:

Proper SCT rules this year though perhaps? No 1/8th wheels and no Stadium Trucks (sorry Mr Brooke!)

All speculative anyway - it's all down to Mr Ian "Shouty Man" Knight whether we'd get an SCT class - was bloody good fun this year though :thumbsup:

It was SCT ONLY last year and that's what I ran, with LEGAL SCT tyres, none of that cheating 1:8 rallycross stuff which was still only good enough for second! :woot:

Like your proposal, think we adopt that at next years Regionals! :thumbsup::woot:

Think Chris and I would be in favour of 2WD SCT being included in next years event, with LEGAL SCT wheels/tyres ONLY! :thumbsup:

Dont know what all the fuss was about, didnt need 1/8th tyres on mine.... :p

Agreed on the proper SCT tyres for Regionals as well as ORW 2012.

Also - is it just going to be 2 & 4wd, or will we get chance to thrash the trucks round on Saturday as before? Even if it's just a heat or 2 to fill up the booking list :thumbsup:
