Balders 08-06-2011 11:13 AM

not me i have a work thing on this week.. :(

what with the possibility that Saundersfoot might be cancelled thats 2 weeks without toys cars... I'm starting to get the shakes..

brizzlemark 08-06-2011 11:40 AM

Me too, 2wd an going to need a PT. I do believe I have purchased an Austrlian B4 given the amount of time it spent upside down - still, it all helps with marshalling skills :woot:

Caine 08-06-2011 06:43 PM

Yep i'm in, need a pt as well please:thumbsup:

Hopefully i'm starting to get my head round setting up my car, just need to learn to drive it now!

evilbert 08-06-2011 07:07 PM

I shall be there making up the numbers 2wd- but can I be in the same heat as Bill please ( even if hes doing 4wd)
and I need a PT as always Chris.

evilbert 09-06-2011 12:35 PM

ah now that makes me feel loved :)

millzy 09-06-2011 12:51 PM

most of your wheels are done as well.

Dyna 09-06-2011 03:13 PM

Sigh.... there's another R/C slave for Bill there then...

Im suprised you dont get someone else to drive for you as well Bill and complete the set :woot:

peetbee 09-06-2011 04:03 PM

If he did that then his car might not crash as much and it might cut down on the amount of cheating to get extra laps too! :woot:

I'll be there this week, might even race, provided I can get one of my cars working by then :/

evilbert 09-06-2011 04:23 PM

your both just jealous :p

nice one Chris.. cheers fella

Dyna 09-06-2011 07:41 PM

haha he wishes I was his slave.

Bill and I came up with a deal on the wheels and tyres :)

peetbee 10-06-2011 12:06 PM

I just didn't want you to get too much love Bill!

If you're gluing up wheels and tyres I can recommend a decent glue ;)

millzy 10-06-2011 02:53 PM

oh yeah what glue is that ??? lol

Good night last night, very technical track :)

Reverted back to my trusty old RB5 from the TRF201 and was instantly 2 laps better... If there was a final i wouldve lined up 5th in 2wd.... I was driving consistently & relatively quick last night, dosent happen very often....SO WHY DIDNT WE HAVE A GODDAMN FINAL !!!

I had it all planned out... Jump-start the buzzer, ram Craig & Owen off the track when they catch up in 0.2 of a second later, nudge Paul & Dan into the wall a few times, let Si, Pete & Brian get fed up trying to overtake me and crash all together in a heap, therefore i would've won by attrition :woot:

It was also nice to see Bill with his new friend Chris last night... :wub poor old 'Cris' seems to have been forgotton about and Bill's moved on... only to someone with the same name but with an extra ' h ' though....

peetbee 11-06-2011 01:07 PM

Pffft we would just have had to wait a few corners for you to crash and thendrive past :p

it was a great track, apologies for no finals will do better next time :)

blue_pinky 11-06-2011 04:11 PM

lol...we had a final in 4wd...made up the grid order ourselves and everything! The computer didn't print the grid orders out, but we knew the score...

Crackin race too...Rob's new SX3 looked very tidy straight out of the box, but I just managed to keep within the same lap as him in the end...kinda pushed me/scared me along in the last few laps :)

Top night!

chris-on-wheels 11-06-2011 04:40 PM

It was a great track last night. Sorry about the no final thing. From now on I'll sort the finals.

The extra H bit...he is getting bigger isn't h lol... i had my own 2wd final in with the 4wds it was good tq and win for me lol(but 3rd if you put Craig and Owens times in, i think i got in the way to much... well that's what BFF bill said when he couldn't get passed.

Loved the whoops into u bend table jump...did not like no carpet first bend.

peetbee 12-06-2011 04:41 PM

Was great fun, but yes 1st bend was a case of trying o hold whatever line you had into it and make it work!
