Yes, same location as last year. I believe there was talks of another venue but to my knowledge this hasn't gone ahead yet.

Hopefully Ian or somebody from the club can confirm just to be 100%.

Enjoyed the track last year but was dissapointed in no camping. I gathered its the same this year if its at same place?

Gutted as I really wanted to do this event but I'm off to Silverstone that weekend.

I'll be there, but not sure what class to run yet:confused: I'll have the usual spares available if drivers get stuck. Looking forward to it as had good crack last year.

Go 1/8th electric Paul, be nice to have a full heat of us. I know ill be there with my 8ight-E.

Paul if you could leave the drugs at home this year that would be great!!!:)

Yeh keep the noise down though lads,all that battery changing and noisey pinions,us nitro boys cant hear ourselves think:p

Bad news lads, mr Harris will probably be driving my 1/8 leccy and just for laughs i think i'll run my short course 1/8 nitro in with the truggies:)

We cant afford another round of the WRCA to be cancelled or we will only be doing about 3 WRCA rounds this year for electrics :cry:

Personally its so hard for me to find time off these days ill just race against Mike in the pouring rain if i have to :D

As an interest Ian, how many electric 2wd & 4wd entries do you have atm ? And how many do you need to run it ?

I have looked on the website but there is no entry list like last year?
If there was a list we could all see if people we knew have forgotten / missed entrering and give em a nudge?

It was said in the AGM by the chairman not to post an entry list with names, as of today there are 11 electric in total, 3 are doubled up, really we need a minimum 8 in each class and if you are doing 2 classes you will have to supply a marshall

Tbh Dave, its probably the possible rain thats putting some people off more than anything else. It was a great meeting last year :)

Luckily ive got some new BB Greens ready to go, and even my old MRT VX Pro & newly skimmed 14t brushed motor if it really does come down hard - im aiming to win by being the last one running if nothing else... :lol:

It's seems as if everyone has lost interest in the WRCA, this time last year we had 33 booked in, I can undersand the low numbers due to rising fuel costs, lack of free time and to many other meetings to attend. I will give it till tomorrow and if the numbers haven't increased I will have to cancel it sorry.

Absolute bloody washout this year,WRCA in general.
Will be a shame if,well when Saundersfoot is cancelled but if the numbers are not there what can be done.

I hope there's a sudden rush to book in, I'm looking forward to a trip 'out west'.

Guys I watched one hell of an Electric A final last year and coming from a devoute Nitro driver it would be a shame not to watch some quality Electric racing this year. It would be a shame if this round is cancelled due to lack of entries.
You could always ask some of us to marshal for you if its the case you have to supply marshals. Be warned though Nitro boys are always looking for pit men, swings and roundabouts. :thumbsup:
I know the track down there is also good cultivated farm land and therefore has good natural drainage, I've raced there when its wet and it holds no standing water at all. Weather forecast is only for light showers, weather men are always edging on the side of caution these days.
Hope I've manage to change some minds guys. :)
And if someone is pushing you round in a wheelchair Steve i'll carry you up the rostrum if it comes to it, Wanna see what all this hype is about in Eletric 1/8th is about. :p

We have a good turn out for the 1/8 but the 1/10 are lacking, we have 14 1/10 with 4 drivers doing 2 classes, that will leave you with 2 marshalls for the 2wd heat! I'm looking for ideas as at the moment a cannot see how the 1/10 can run

If it helps I would drop my 2wd entry to marshal it?

means I only have to clean one car then! :)

one electric class with a minute or two extra on the races for them? would that work?

Who would Marshall if there was 1 heat?
