Erm just a guess. Lines were closed midnight. They will have about 369,533 entries. So reading and judging all of them will take about three months. And they could save that time by just announcing I have won.

Just kidding. I think we will have a result this evening. And of course good luck to everybody participated.

Vicky has sent the entries to three secret judges who also won't know who's sent which entry - then there is some secret process and then a winner :wtf: I'd not want to have to 'pick a winner' and I don't think it's fair either of us do, so some nice well respected racers will be in charge of that :)

when and where will they annouce the winner?? (ie via email or a post on some thread)

Let´s wait and see. I would say that it will be sure the one who wins will be informed in either way. So nothing to worry about.

As Jimmy said in his above post, the entries are currently been carefully read by our panel of judges. There has been quite a lot of interest so I want to give the judges plenty of chance to come back to us with their decision. The winner should be announced sometime this week, hopefully in the next couple of days. They will be contacted by e-mail/PM and the result will be posted here on this thread.

I'd like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who took time to write entries for the competition, it's going to be a very difficult one for the judges as there were some fantastic entries. I wish we had lots of durgas to give away! But unfortunately there can only be one winner.

still almost 4 days..... maybe all the judges (once seeing the awful entires) mysteriuosly died and our entries are lost....forever...

Give it time, remember people do have lives and jobs to attend, and I really don't think many of you know just how many entries the competition actually received!
