I cant believe CML raceway didnt get a national, possibly the best venue the uk has and it gets knocked back. HOW GAY:mad:

just had a look on the brca website and it shows the controlled tyres as been schumacher minispikes and ballistic buggy spikes for all of the venues. It is in the calender in the 1/10 off road section. :)

After having some dread over the mileage I may cover in 2008, I am somewhat relieved in seeing these dates. Geographically we have a nice fair spread.

Shame about CML raceway, I was expecting a trip to Lee's track. I just hope he keeps on applying and perhaps in 2009 it'll be included.

Rumour has it that it between pidge and the BRCA and has nothing to do with the CML raceway, so the BRCA punished the whole uk offroad scene because of a disagreement with pidge. Ill say it again HOW GAY:rolleyes:

Good news oswestry's in may. I have exams that week and will be able to miss it. Wooo Hoooo, really happy about the others, i think it could be a good year :)

I have to agree with some of the above posts. CML raceway is one of the better tracks that i have raced on since re-starting racing this year and from my experiences before. It's a big shame that it has not got a national or eos final:(. Alot who'd been there were worried about parking/pitting, but the fields around are massive.
Still i can't wait to do the series, just hope the weather is a bit better this season:p

Yep, i should be back down south then. So will give me month or so to practise. I'll hav to have a word with Mr Benfield etc and see if im allowed down mid week :D

Does anyone know when the entry forms will be available?

all in all not a bad calender...would have liked to have be able to race at Lee's place at a national but not to be.

hardly mature to slag off the BRCA committee who work tirelessly all through the year to make racing possible when you clearly havent got a clue about why or what made them choose not to hold a meeting there...
it is a shame but there still 8 very good tracks to race on

Am surprised Coventry didn't get one after being voted club of the year and running a good meet at the F3's, am still a F5 so won't be doing them this year anyway and won't mind returning to Cov.

To Mr Griff55, will keep a eye on how you do Andy at the Nat's and that will give me a idea how I would of got on! lol! (some good close races at the EOS last year):)

I wouldn't keep an eye on me, should be lots better racing than that:p.

I have the same question as Emz did ... when are the forms out??

I thought oswestry was an alright track last year. Spose i did get my highest national result their. In the rain aswell. But wot was even better was i had cleaned my car off ready for my final and when i had got it scruiteneered they said that, from my final onwards they werent going to be running anymore. YAY.

Just looking at the inddor finals on the brca website it says no control tyre??? Is this a new rule because last yea im sure you had to use pins or spikes schuamcher of course?????

And ben i dont think they did as they only comfirm the dates about a week or so before chrsitmas so they have to print the dates on the entry form o otehrwise people dont know what event there entering.
