With the Durango?

Stu, what have you done to your ESC?

2WD for me as I no longer own a 4WD.

That would be my choice between the two :) Will be keeping a close eye on Sunday's 4WD day at the national

r1horn 14-04-2011 08:02 PM

got a new speedo speed passion 2 stev wired it in for me and the dam thing keep switching off so have seened it back .just waiting for the new one to come back

MrMagoo 14-04-2011 08:12 PM

I'll be out with the Rango again, going try the DBoots+Extreme Camber setup and see what happens (assuming it's dry).

I'm guessing a lot of the nitro crowd will be down for some quiet racing... seems like it's been a while!

wylie 14-04-2011 08:13 PM

I'm coming

mikeyscott 14-04-2011 08:21 PM

mikeyscott 16-04-2011 08:13 AM

Def a Durango heat... Mmm may see what Steve has spare to spoil the party ;)

However I am loving my new 2WD, just a shame it's more expensive than a Durango..

Crazy L 16-04-2011 11:17 AM

If it's any consolation, I'll be there too:thumbsup:

Just to make up the numbers as I do:cry:

Come on you had some ok pace last year but you got beaten by 2WD runners last week.

Maybe time for a Durango and some setup tips from Chris ;)

Thanks Chris :)

Hopefully you'll be going better with the 22. If not, Vega B4 ;)

Briangb 16-04-2011 02:35 PM

Hi Guys. No racing for me. Domestic duties this weekend. Hoping to do the all day meeting on 1st May. Hope you all have a good day.

Yeees, don't remind me, oh the shame of it (holds back of hand to forehead). Last week was mostly spent changing something after every heat to find a happy medium

I've written in my margin tho, using red biro: "must try harder"

mikeyscott 17-04-2011 10:28 AM

Great turnout. Sorry I had to leave earlier.

mikeyscott 17-04-2011 12:20 PM

Chris,

Send me your email address re the SP issues.

Also, Vega B4 ;)

Mike

hotrodchris 17-04-2011 01:54 PM

great meet today in the sun loving the little hopper in it's new position shame about my qualifying but at least proved in the final i can do it 3 spur gears and a complete new slipper clutch set-up later oh well R C Lazy making even more money off me

mikeyscott 17-04-2011 01:58 PM

Get the RW spur gears, much better and also enable you to play with the ratios more.

[email protected] or I think the RC Lazy crew do them.

When it comes to spurs gears - there is only one RW :)

Loved my Vega, but it needs work which I had planned for today.

Roll on next weekend :)

mikeyscott 17-04-2011 01:58 PM

Many thanks to the guys who hepled in my absence

MrMagoo 17-04-2011 05:18 PM

Big thanks to those running the meeting today, had another excellent morning at TORCH. The track layout is excellent now, good flow and some fun jumps.

Really starting to get my head round the Durango now I think, managed a couple of ten lap runs today, which is a lap quicker than last time out.

mikeyscott 17-04-2011 05:27 PM

Thanks John :)

Next week with the Vega again or maybe the new 4wd ;)

martin so16 17-04-2011 06:14 PM
