Stotfold is not far from London as well.

I have a b44 so im hoping to find some twisty but jumpy tracks.

do any of you guys go to these tracks? as im quite new it would be nice to meet people and whatnot!

Yep I go to all the tracks I mentioned.
I'm hoping to go to Taplow Friday night, then Silverstone, or Moto-Arena saturday and Stotfold Sunday.
EPR is my home track though and I should be there at their next meeting.

Stotfold, Silverstone, DMS and Herts are the midsouth area clubs holding the 'regional' series this year, http://www.oople.com/forums/showthread.php?t=61900

I am sure you would be welcome at any of these meetings, need to be BRCA member, first 4wd Stotfold on Sunday, may be worth looking in at to see how these meetings work, expect a few B44's (I am not sure you would be allowed to race, BRCA membership needed, but club meetings usually allow a meeting or two before you are expected to have joined).

Yeah i used to a BRCA member but i am not at the mo - though i will rejoin as soon as i begin to race, i will also join up with a club.

DMS in Watford run Thursday's (indoors), Stotfold have Wednesday (outside) when the evenings are lighter (May), I think Herts are open everyday (but you will have to ring & ask about electric), Silverstone are running Tuesdays at the MotoArena (indoor) but may move to the outdoor astro as the light gets better.

lovely, weeknight runs would be better for the time being - gf isnt a huge fan of the sport lol.

when i get home to night i will fire away some emails and do some reseach into the different places etc.

il also try and get in touch with some users on here who go to the relevent clubs etc!

Our DMS club in Watford does run every thursday night indoors at Parmiters Sports Centre, HIgh Elms lane, Watford. We cater for 1/10th Off Road Buggies, Off Road Micros and 1/10th Saloons.

Racing is from 8pm to 11pm with practise, 3 rounds of qualifying and then finals for all. We are about to start our Summer Series as of this coming week and the on orad and off road nights alternate every other week, this coming week is touring car.
