cars cars cars
Been putting some thought into off loading my spare b-max and trying out a lazer to see what all the fuss is about. My spare is a cp without the ally shocks, but will soon have a set fitted. Its mainly for curiosity more than anything else, I want to see the mechanical differences and have a mess about with the setting up. Really looking forward to the new track, after my first years racing. I prefer outdoors (last indoor track an exception) but have my new 6.5T monkey to play with too.
I always find it hard to let cars go, so I will have to go down the used route for an FS2. Seems pretty rare to see 2nd hand ones and my curiosity doesn't extend to £350+ Just some late night ramblings |
you'll open a can of worms with this :D
|
if your feeling curious why not pop down canal st and see what cock tastes like
theres loads of boys who like playing with 6.5 monkeys down there or maybe a g string would be more comfy than pants and as for price my mate just got an fs2 with digi servo for 102 quid delivered but many men have cuaght aids of a african hooker for 10p a go an all if you do get a lazer at least you will have plenty off set up advice of the lazer boys and abuse of the bmax boys at least its not a durango though ........................ |
Why dont you get the new ansmann 4wd,woody is looking for other people at the club to get one and hes got a huge pit table so you could sit next to him and get loads of help??
|
I'll personally burn down any model shop that sells you a laser my god the resale value off my £350 fs2 would half as soon as you put that ugly mug of yours on to one. To be fair you seem like a good guy but to be honest you really don't meet any of the entry requirements to join the elitist laser owners club(jonny nitro snook in through the back door) remember curiosity killed the cat, stoat, weasel or mink infact any small mammals.
I agree with the gibbon get down Manchester there are far better ways for you to be curious than to get a laser why don't you try a rampart rabbit I bet you would be better suited to ram one of those up and down than a laser..:(:thumbdown::thumbdown::thumbdo wn: Bi??? |
Dont buy a lazer your not welcome, get a Shit max, or a wrongo, I bet no one will lend you a go of the lazer, I will make sure!! Have a look at the Ansman x4 pro pretty good:D

They only slag off the wrango because its to advanced for them. Try the lazer or a 501. Or keep what you have it's not the car that wins races it's the thumbs : )
|
No its cos the ball diff homos cant understand fluid dynamics!

Seriously though I'd wait till the new track is up and running. Its likely to be a lot smoother than the old one which suited Bmax's and Lazers but wasn't so kind to some other types. Who knows whats going to be best there? |
SI I SOLD MY RC10 :( i only put a pic up in the vintage section and some guy made me an offer i couldnt refuse. Will have to look around for a beater to know about with.
|
has to be a wrongo or try the ansmann route!
|
B44!!!
|
Get a slash!
I might actually be allowed out to play this summer and race on the outside track.. No Vince to hold my hand as he has moved to Canada. So I will be the lone Tamiya |

This weekend i'm in work, so can't make it. Gotta wait for outdoors to commence and will mainly be sticking with the bmax for most of the summer. More interested in the build than the racing, as far as a lazer is concerned. I'll see how it goes. |

the more we can convert to lazers the better:p |
After discussion we feel the best car for Minke might well be a Durango.......
|
But!!!!!!!
You do meet all the requirements to drive a durongo So join the the captin and rcbumfan!!! |

durango? no thanks. Very bling, but seem to spend more time on a pit table than on the floor

Exactly. Which is what is happening to your Bmax, and will happen to your Lazer if you get one. So you might as well get a car renown for it! |

ive had my car out a hell of alot more than my b4. its a bloody reliable car after you have sorted the weak spots out which i nearly have now. tuning is awesome too. |

Now have a velociti 5.5t in, ran 2 packs consecutively outside. May still add a small fan, but not looking necessary. |

A Bmax lazer or b44 is dialed in two meetings tops Love the Durango diffs and chassis but not so sure on it as a whole Sc truck looks tasty though Mnke get a Durango if you want to mess with tuning and set up it will be an education Have fun in the new pit area at goshen |
it be sorted ages ago, but cant afford to pay rango prices for all the upgrades in one go!

I agree with jg 2 meeting with any of the plastic bath tub 4wd you will see a massive improvement.get base setting from the manual and away you go,just remember to tighten you spur up with a dremel!!! Rango is very aggressive car and you'll have more chance of shitting in the queens handbag:woot:than getting the rango to work proper, doesnt suit everyone,i did consider the dx410r a while back but now am going to wait for losi's 4wd car when that be god knows,Happy with my B max beater lol. |
rango works fine, just get the diffs built right and your away! get the servo saver and front and rear suspension pin holders and alloy servo horn and forget about breaking it again!
issues im having are with the esc or tranny nothing to do with the wrong, its all down to choice, end of the day there isnt a perfect buggy or we would all be driving the same thing, bmax popular as they are "easy" to drive. i decided to try something different and havent doubted my choice since. |

I'll try the losi when it comes out as long as it's not belt driven Buds |
Stop blowing smoke up everyones arse youl never sell your lazer weasle:p
