Looking at running a short course race series, 2 and 4 wheel drive.

Well Done Tim & to all the guys, i came down about Month ago to have look think you was up at the Gun club.

This will be one to run at next year me thinks as it's on my doorstep fantastic track. You will be suprised how flowing it is when running. The double infront of the rostrum will get some super air under your car :D

I hope to all the sand goes away after good few runs though not fan of the stuff but still fantastic track

MALLET 04-11-2010 07:02 PM

Chris Doughty 05-11-2010 11:42 PM

I mean free as in 'open' track, not free as in cost

Aup Dan , is it grippy , bumpy , right size etc . Looks wicked and a trip of about 2 mins away :)

dbizzle5 13-11-2010 06:06 PM

Yo! Grip was great, ran yellow minis on rear and staggers on front of my x6 and had loads of grip till the sun went down and moisture came up, not to sandy and not too bumpy either. For 1/10th they miss out the top left corner and by the end I was lapping at around 22 seconds. Well worth a visit mate.

MALLET 13-11-2010 06:41 PM

You looked good going around the track Mate and the jumping was mint. I think I've built a complete multi scale track Dan, if I say so myself!!

They run a shorter lap for 1/10th mate. Missing out the top left corner. I had a play yesterday and laps were around the 22's. I did try the whole lap but its real hard to see your car at some parts! lol.

MALLET 14-11-2010 04:52 PM

I'll get the timing gear out Dan next time your down and see what you are actually doing Mate :)

dbizzle5 14-11-2010 05:34 PM

Hi Mate.

Yes we run 5th scale here. They fly around the place. We are open every weekend (Saturday & Sunday) and we have a couple of race meetings a month. Come on down and give it a try Mate and that Clubby race never got much over 0 degrees

Tim
