And i was sooo close to getting past Steve for a half-way lead.. then i blew it and got stuck on a rope - 2nd to 6th in the blink of an eye :lol: I did manage to get 5th back and wasnt far off Roy for 4th as well before the buzzer went... damn he drove that Orange ZX5 well today ;)

Good fun :)

It was low grip, and I just couldn't lay down the grunt to pull out a gap, was great fun indeed today, still can't believe we were getting 25s average laptimes there!!

hi all, must admit 2day was one hell of a good day. god i love cobra outdoors, always a good laugh and a ralaxed day. should be run every sunday, not fortnightly.

From this weekend, we are running every Sunday, Ant, so come fill your boots!!

I didnt think Cobra were affiliated to the WRCA so why are they posting in this section

Because they will be, even if I have to pay it out of my own pocket...

There will be a club day run this Sunday, if you want to come, let me know so I can get you booked in!!

Errrr i was going to come along again Steve, but its England verses Germany on Sunday....

it is half built, and it will be built by tonight, but won't be running it, but you will be more than welcome to come grope it..... (bring your own gloves and kleenex!!) :thumbsup:

Just like to say a big thank you to Steve... aka dcm and to Spencer Farley for running an awsome days racing at cobra outdoors today.Even the dogs on the track were lovin it! Oh and some cats(matt:blush:) Top job guys:thumbsup:

Plan to get the first heat on the line by 10:30am, 6min heats, and if we all keep moving, 4 rounds and two finals.... so if you could book in by 10am please!

More the merrier.... I even think people enjoyed getting their buggies dirty.... don't think I enjoyed de-caking them today however!!

I DID MINE LAST NIGHT:( I STRIPED IT COMPLETLY AND CLEANED IT THEN IT HAD THE GT85 TREATMENT LIKE NEW AGAIN:thumbsup:

GT85= awesome liquids shinny-ness with an aromatic smell.... I thought you would of just strapped them to the top of the van, and hit the car wash, or do what Scott did.... leave them behind!! lol

For those that didn't run today, you missed a fun day (well it was when we eventually got the keys to open the storage containers) track was smoooooth as silk :rolleyes:

Just as a reminder today was the last scheduled outdoor event at COBRA.

Indoor racing starts on the 10th October at the STAR Leisure Centre, address details for those that need them are on the COBRA website under the picture of the leisure centre on the front page.
