decal designs no respons
 

Has any1 els had trouble with getting a respons from decal designs, im having a nightmare, i emailed them last year several times about a skin for my transmitter and again this month but he just wont get back to me WHY?

I did get a transmitter skin when they first started them...since then i cant get a response, and i know of many otheres too, obviously dont want our money.

does any1 know where els to go for the transmitter skins cos decal designs are just hopless they obviously dont want the custom,

same problem. by comparison, custom blitz responded within a couple of hours...

Yup I've now emailed G as he's got one of my Cougar shells at the moment to paint :D

I got my name decals off Custom Blitz and there great had them in like 4 days of ordering :thumbsup:

Jab have shut down for the moment until they have moved.

Firstly, a very big apology to all my customers that have been experiencing very long delays with their orders and have not had replies to their emails. 2009 was a very difficult year with changing my daytime career and some ill health. Not much time was left to devote to Decal Designs. I am now in a position to put more time and effort back into Decal Designs and hope that you will try and be patient a little longer while I try and catch up with the backlog of orders. If any of you wish to confirm your requests by email, please feel free and I will contact you as soon as possible. Orders that have been placed through Darren at DMS/X Factory UK, again will be addressed as quickly as possible. Once again, I apologise for the inconvenience caused.

I m getting some name tags done pronto. The last ones i had were awesome, come on lads, get back on board, its sounds as Kevin has had a bad time. Lets not kick him when hes down eh?

I have also had a skin done a while ago and everybody comments on it when they see it! Excellent.

I have order some from elsewhere but still have a requirement for more. So happy for you to do the other lot.

I know a lot of people who have tired looking KO Esprit 1's and 2's. Any chance of a skin for the older KO's?

As Darren says, Orders & Enquiries can be made through DMS Racing or direct to Decal Designs. Orders from other model shops for the ready made decal sheets are to be placed through darren at X Factory UK/DMS Racing as he is the Distributor to the model trade in the UK.

To make a skin for any radio, charger etc I need to get my hands on the item to make the templates from. This is normally done by someone lending me the transmitter, charger etc to do this and as a thank you I make your skin for free, if I feel there is an ongoing demand for that skin. But at the moment until I have caught up with the backlog of orders this would not be possible.

Can you skin a Futaba 3VCS? :confused:

The template for the 3vcs skin is in the process for being made and is about 75% complete. I will need to get my hands back on my mates tranny to finish it, again after I clear the order backlog.
