car 'bling' colour - whats your fav?
I can't seem to create a poll so I'll just ask
what is your prefered option part colour? - blue - red - plain alu / not coloured / white - black/gun metal/dark coloured/sealth - same colour as my other parts on my car if you have any other wacky ideas such as purple... ( :P ) then feel free to say also, but if you could choose one from the above list also |
I have to admit to loving the tamiya light blue, gunmetal is awesome as well though!
|
Red would be great but otherwise it's blue to match the rest of the stuff on the cars
|
The X-Ray orange as per T2-009, looks a bit special - Durango have also added a splash of it on their shock collars, as have schumacher. Looks a classy touch.
|
I also like the x-ray, but black anodised looks great. blends in nice with the carbon, wiring etc

thanks for the quick replies, keep them comming, just to add more to this, would you not buy a part if it happened to be the 'wrong' colour?
|
performance over looks any day.
Although bright pink? i may have to recondier that statement:D |

http://www.3racing.hk/sakura-zero/english/ I've always liked green anodising on CeFX 1/12th cars, but colour isn't really important to me. |
Gunmetal with a bit of red thrown in for good measure.
A bit like this! (the gunmetal could be a tad darker though...) http://www.serpent.com/image.php?ImageID=1234571692 |

I think the Tamiya blue is the most "bling" look :) |
Cant beat TAMIYA blue!!!!
|
For me it has to be Tamiya Blue, Nothing compares :D
|
Tam blue is a bit sexy, but as an option part it would have to be polished or red! ooooooh yehhhhhhhhhh
|
i think with the cr2 se coming, red carbon will be the new *bling*
|
Has been and always will be BLUE
|
I wana see more red stuff!
|
Liverpool red is what I should go for, but I just prefer the blue anodising!
Gun metal over everything though, as it looks classy and expensive. |
don't care on the colour to be honest, if it is bling it got to be bling, but otherwise, nope
|
Orange, orange is ace. Blue's soooo last year, and the year before, and before, and before.:p
|
more red would be nice as liverpool fan:thumbsup:
but will take what ever kit comes in :p |
Another one for tamiya Blue.
Everytime i took the shell off my 501x i loved it. |
You can't have 2 odd colors on a car - no way!! Unless one of them is silver/black/gun metal.
I've had occasions where i've wanted to put blue stuff on a car with other stuff that is purple - blue is easily removed with a dremel wire wheel! and purple can be re-applied with a sharpie. |
Hard anodized or gold for aftermarket parts. For myself, hot pink or acid lime green always are my choices. But I'm weird like that. :woot:
|
Blue still gets my vote, ever since all those Blue Trinity parts you used to get for the Losi XX i have loved that colour!
Some funky options here though, not seen much of Bronze! http://www.kustomkoating.com/colors.jpg |

what about plain alu parts and a pack of sharpies included?
|
I really want some orange.. Almost imposible to find though.
|
Blue is better. And, aside from black and silver, the only non-gay option.
|
Black ano and cut silver edges - like Cat SX or I belive Xray XB808 or so. I really like that style.
|
My vote is for red or orange, just because I think that there's too much blue out there and Red's my favorite color.
But green or the 'hudy spring steel' color would also be nice for a change... |

I like black or red :wub My Mi4 has too many different colours, looks odd. It has:
