For all those waiting to book their holidays here is the list of regional dates for 2010. They will also be on www.me-or.com when it is completely up and running again as will the pre booking service from last year.

We will be running open classes for people running out of region as last year and a heat for SC10s if we have enough interest. For any information don't hesitate to contact me via pm and keep an eye on here and me-or for further info.

Pics on there, the track is being changed i think though so the regionals should reveal a very nice track can't wait to race on some home turf :woot:

Leverton Camping?
 

Looking forward to August!!! Is there room for camping / caravans at Leverton? Bit of a trek for one day from the Notts area (won't stop me though) But would prefer to make a weekend of it.

Sorry there will be no camping on the site there is no room, but being near skegness well 18 miles away you could always look on the internet for campsites around that area. So again sorry but with a big village hall for pitting and the pub on the same site with large car park then the track around the back Iam afraid we have run out of room.

yes alan there are a few in the boston area there is one just up the road in old leake apprx 10 mins awy maybe less depends how you drive lol

Any news yet on booking in?

I spoke to Rob on Sunday and as soon as http://www.me-or.com/ is back up and running again the pre booking service will be available. Rob said that the site is almost finished again and that pre booking would be available soon. In the meantime feel free to register on the website which we will be keeping up to date throughout the season.

Yes thats right pre-booking is now open. Still working on integrating the user profiles but for now you can just log on the site and fill in your details.

Heard something about Eastrax and Holbeach at our club meeting last night. Are the Holbeach regionals to be held at Eastrax?

Yes it is going to be at EASTRAX

There will be some alterations to the track(hopefully for the better)

There is a work party down there on saturday morning 27th

Keep watching on either the Holbeach forum or on here for more details and maybe a few pics

are there likely to be any meetings or practice sessions there before the regionals?

im not sure you will have to ask tony (dadtc3) but as far as i know you can pay a certain amount of money at the gates and go for a day practice but im not sure

Hopefully we may get to run a warm up meeting before the regionals
As for practice the track will be open 7 days a week when the alterations are completed.

Holbeach club night this Wednesday night (12th May) will be at eastrax. The usual indoor venue is closed this week for blood donors and so we are running an off road meeting at eastrax as a tester of the track improvements in preparation for the regional. Anyone is welcome if they want to come along for some early regional practice, just turn up. We usually try and start racing around 7 and will probably stop when it gets too dark but people will be there earlier for extra practice. So please come along (weather permitting) the more the merrier:thumbsup:

it's a bit of a trek from leicester for an evening - is this the only running before the regional or will there be other weekend meets or open practice sessions?

Hoping after wednesday night it will be open for practice full time and maybe a meeting before the regional--watch this space

What's the date for West Bridgeford 2wd please? The start of this thread shows the 20th June. me-or calendar is showing 13th.
