Lilli-Ann Wood arrived at 9.01PM today (18.05.07)

Just to let everybody know me and my wife(Jenni) were at the hospital at 1.30 this morning cause her waters broke. It was a very nice feeling. We got to the hospital and everything is ok so they sent us home. The contractions are not that bad wright now so a bit of time to go. I will keep you all up dated.

Chris Doughty 17-05-2007 08:27 AM

It's not that great from the blokes side either! Not physically painful but very emotionally stressful! It's all worth it in the end though.

All the best Woody, hope it goes smoothly. Bang goes my chances of RB5 set up help in the next couple of days!!

was the best day of my life, when my little terror came into the world, and that moment was the quietest she has ever been! 5 years on and she's still not shut up!:D

yeah, just remember it was stu's fault as you're into your 11th hour of labour!;) luckily jeanette was kind to me.

LOL....You spend the first two yrs teaching them to talk then a life time telling them to shut up.....:D

telboy 17-05-2007 10:38 PM

hahahahaha, EXACTLY!:o

Its the same with walking.
You sit there saying, "god, i wish you hurry up and walk so you can look after yourself a bit"......

...and then when they walk its all "Oi, get out of the cupboards, get out of the washing machine, no the coal is not for eating, no the cats tail is not there to pull you around the house!"......

they are great fun though and wouldn't change them for anything.........

......well......:D

PMSL........

My two boys are great, endless form of amusment and frustation whatching them grow up, the things they say and do.

telboy 18-05-2007 09:50 PM

yep, kids are incredible.

Most people say that they don't want any (like I did) but when they're here it changes your world.

:)

Any news on the little woody front yet?

woOdy 18-05-2007 11:40 PM

YAY. Thanks for all your very nice comments. I have past them all on to Jenni and YES Lilli-Ann has arrived. She took a very long time and got here at 21.01 tonight. She weighs 8 pounds 14.5oz. Jenni did all of it just on gas and air so there was a few time that were hard but all came out in the end. Thank you all very much once again and hope to see you all soon with the newest member of TEAM OOPLE.:D

ashleyb4 19-05-2007 12:28 AM

Congratualtions woody and Jenni. Oh and hello Lilli-Ann.

A

_sleigh_ 19-05-2007 05:22 AM

Congratulations to all three of you.:)

Think Jenni deserves a medal to manage on just "gas 'n air", especially at nearly 9 pounds.

DCM 19-05-2007 07:55 AM

hope all is well with mum and baby, thats a nice healthy weight!

RobHatcliffe 19-05-2007 08:44 AM

Hi guys. Many thanks for all your thoughts. Me and Lilli-Ann are back at home now after a very long weekend so we are very tired. Stu is going to be very busy from now on so he might get more knackered. Thanks again and hope to see you all soon.

wahoo! 2hrs sleep.

When my daughter was born she didn't sleep through for 3 year! I got about half an hours sleep every night for 3 years!:eh?:

She was worth not having sleep for that time though.

Now she's 5 and just started sleeping through!:wtf: :D

But don't let that put anyone off having kids...thay're not all like our little terror!:D :p

little Lilli-Ann looks very sweet. congrats to you both...again.;)

xx4-nutter 23-05-2007 09:01 PM
