What on earth is the Oswestry MAM Neil? I've been off the scene for a while, so sorry if this is a stupid question

Your best bet in any weather conditions will be ballistic green spike rears. They're the safest tyre on a track that is very challenging in terms of differing grip levels, track surface, undulations and bumps!

Indoor pitting though guys, that's a stroke of genius!!:thumbsup::thumbsup::drool:

I was looking forward to visiting Oz but due to Club commitments at Coventry i cant be there.
I would just like to say welcome to Oswestry into the ever popular Electric Midland Astro Masters, this has grown over the last few years from a couple of heats with them smellie things at its home in Coventry and now to a 10 round series between Coventry, Kiddie and Oz.
Hope to be at the next round.

ashleyb4 27-10-2009 10:46 AM

I would like to echo the comments panch made. Cheers for the hand guys.

ashleyb4 01-11-2009 09:08 PM

Cheers guy looked at the outdoor track after you had left and it was dry apart from the huge puddle its a shame :( But o well was still a good days racing even though i came last.

neiloliver 01-11-2009 09:12 PM

Thank you guys and to all those who turned up. For those who didnt race at the MAM, the track was badly flooded and the rain showed no sign of letting up. The fourteen that remained worked together to drag the pipe inside, unroll the carpet, move the rostrum and we had an indoor meeting instead.

Well done to Tom for winning the 2WD
Well done (grr) to Jonathan for winning the 4WD

:thumbsup:N
