better shell for madrat

were can my son get a better shell from something like a proline vortex rb5

jim76 07-10-2009 12:17 PM

i think Microtech do the Proline Vortex shell, as was stated in a thread a while back. Or you could get one of concept racings clear madrat shells to paint in your own colours

Do you guys know if its possible to u se a b4 body? My friend has 3 b4 bodies, but no b4 so i can get them almost for freee :)

stampede vxlboy 09-10-2009 10:48 PM

if you cut a bit of it it mite fit if you cut the rear hole on the body for the shock tower as the madrat does not have 1:woot:

Thanks Carl, yes the picture is on the B4 that it is intended, the "link" is it fitted on the Madrat, with the optional new "Fantas" front wing fitted (you dont HAVE to run it). The body itself is awesome and in my opinion is one of the nicest "B4" fitting shells on the market today - different from the rest but still looks awesome (with or without the funky Fantas front wing)

bigred5765 10-10-2009 11:53 AM

body looks the shnizzzel, wing is shizzle lmfao

That sounds more realistic. I just wanted to outline Stampy's purely idiotic posts. I mean... It could potentially put people off of purchasing the shell because they listen to him.

In reality, DMS stock the shell for *about* £22.50.
