It isnt like a std xxx t plate it is placed on top of the carbon fibre as in the pictures below....

Good luck getting them done at College ash, my uni was crap for letting us do stuff like that. Especially when it was CNC. Apparently they were too busy doing outside work for the "STUDENTS" to use them.............

Im not sure on the CNC side of things but there is a lecuture who proberly could make me one on a normal mill. He's a experianced guy talked to him a fair bit and seen some of the things he has made and there impressive.

Ill ask when ive got my brass.

If all else fails ill find someone who can do it.
