I'll keep you guys posted as more information is available. We also have a few other things being released in the near future. Im sure the guys that came over for the Cactus know what Im talking about. ;)

Body Paint 26-03-2007 08:22 PM

Ahh, come on Andy... You can't do that LOL.. We all want to know now.

None of the Brits are back from the Cactus yet, they all went GT racing.

OldTimer 26-03-2007 09:04 PM

Could that be the hauler bags or the parts the guys were running on the BJ4's

gramey 26-03-2007 10:05 PM

:) Will these tyres be available in a Hot Bodies version?:)

jimmy 26-03-2007 10:10 PM

I asked rich lowe - and he's either super sly or just out of the loop! I hear rumors of new BJ4 parts, so spill the beans andy! :)

There are some new parts, but they were only necessary due to the extreme stress Tebo, Maifield and Ryan C put on the cars. So they go into the prototype only bin. :(

[OldTimer] -Hauler bags might be part of that, haha. There might be some more surprises as well. ;)

[gramey] -Im sure they will be, the week after we release the line. :D

rich_cree 27-03-2007 09:37 PM

Any UK specific BJ4 questions I can help anyone with, just ask???????

GAZ 28-03-2007 04:26 PM

Body Paint 28-03-2007 08:02 PM

jimmy 28-03-2007 09:55 PM

_sleigh_ 28-03-2007 10:34 PM

Who says it'll have J Concepts written on the box if it reaches CML

jimmy 28-03-2007 10:35 PM

Let the rumors fly!

losixxx 29-03-2007 07:34 AM

Southwell 29-03-2007 07:36 AM

nope, still a current kit and spares available for the long term
they tried to improve it with the xxx4 but it was impossible to improve perfection!!

rich_cree 29-03-2007 12:11 PM

I was thinking more along the lines of set ups or tips, not politics!!!!

Honestly, drivers are the last to know because we got big mouths!!!!

jimmy 29-03-2007 12:51 PM

:D

What is the new slipper / slipper parts? I guess they are out now - but what are they and what do they do?
I know from my own experience the slipper is a nob to set - Tom Cockerill set mine at the Euros last year and it's not been adjusted since.

Lee 29-03-2007 01:15 PM

I need a new slipper unit for my WE, i cant seem to find anywhere in the UK that stocks the WE parts and it is a bit of a pain ordering parts from the US if you need bits in a hurry.

Richard Lowe 29-03-2007 01:33 PM

At the moment you can either order parts from Dom at DC Racing (not sure what he has in stock though) or order from Jason in the US direct.

The new slipper part is the steel T nut. With the old plastic one with a nut in if your slipper came loose and the plastic heated up it became really inconsistent to set, the steel T nut stops this.

jimmy 29-03-2007 01:38 PM

Thats the puppy - at the Euros it was slipping too much. I think now it might be too tight but at least the car moves! :D

OldTimer 02-04-2007 05:16 PM

So when do we get to see the photos of the Hauler Bag and the Wrench sets ;)

Richard Lowe 02-04-2007 05:44 PM

Soon...

The drivers are very shiny :D

jimmy 02-04-2007 05:50 PM

Dang, did you have those on your desk Richard? Did I miss them!? buggeh!

Richard Lowe 02-04-2007 09:31 PM

Naa, hopefully I'll get them for Tivvy, along with some other things ;)

Andy Moore 02-04-2007 10:39 PM

Hopefully the pics and info for the wrenches and hauler bag will be up this week. ;)

Lee 03-04-2007 07:41 AM

Shiney is GOOOOOOOOOOOD;)

Its an optional part. If adjusted correctly and lock-tited properly the first time, the plastic t-nut with metal insert works fine. The metal t-nut just allows for more adjustment possibilities.

JC1133 if youre interested.

dan_kitty 04-04-2007 09:46 AM

ok thanks, seems like i wont get the car for some weeks yet (they are out of stock)
playing the waiting game
