It might be worth emailing the organiser's so they don't hold your space for you then. I'm sure it will make their job easier ;)

I expect my position on the scoreboard may be in for a clattering.
Especially if Colin also turns out.

hi, im coming to bury on Sunday for my first outdoor regional. Can anyone recommend a rough setup and tyre choice?

Many thanks, Steve

Stu 24-07-2009 04:11 PM

From your avatar it looks like you have a D4?

http://www.hbeurope.com/pdfs/setups/...ny_Truman).pdf

That's a dry set up, if it's wet change to BB greens.

SuperSparkSteve 24-07-2009 04:55 PM

Hi Stu, nope. am running a B4, my avater is pretty old. i should have mentioned in my last post that im running a B4. i was too excited about my first regional!!! lol

is there a non-regional heat

paul

Chrislong 25-07-2009 06:20 PM

What time is booking in?

Stu 25-07-2009 08:33 PM

I expect booking in will be mid morning - 9.30 it was last time I think.

Non-region heat, yeah, if there are enough.
If not then non-region drivers will be in a seperate final.

Chrislong 25-07-2009 08:56 PM

Cheers Stu, see you there. :)

sly 26-07-2009 07:16 AM

Can someone like Stu Evans or Stu Wood, please call it off and re-schedule. cos i`m sick of racing in the rain at Bury, every regional for the last 3 years has been raining.
There is room in the calendar for a re-schedule

Chrislong 26-07-2009 07:49 AM

Good call Sly, plus its GP today.... race in rain vs stay at home watch the GP.....

Sorry guys, just seen this.

The rules do not allow this currently. Rule 19.3 states that dates cannot be re-scheduled.

There has been talk within the BRCA committee of this being made non-applicable for regionals; I think this will need to go through the AGM however.

Scouser 27-07-2009 08:45 AM

Despite driving like a complete fool, I loved every minute of it. 4wd drifting rules!!

jameswilkinson7 27-07-2009 09:23 AM

4wd's looked great going round! I think I want one!:D

Stu 27-07-2009 09:27 AM

4wd's always look good in the wet.

I LOVE 4wd racing in the rain, it's ace.

I'm now looking at a filthy car though -

Spencer Mulcahy 29-07-2009 12:54 PM
