Rymartracing lack of communication
 

Hi

Has anyone else had problems receiving goods from Rymartracing and trying to communicate with them?

On 1st June I ordered two new Ghea bulkheads for my B4 (via Paypal). I've not had a peep out of Rymartracing since and last week sent three requests for status on my purchase via their "contact us" web form - no reply so far so just tried contacting them via PayPal.

Unfortunately their web site has no phone number to call - a bit dodgy perhaps!!

I have had the product out of stock and it only came in on friday, but i have been away all weekend so have not had the chance to get it sent out to you.

I have also emailed to all emails i recieve that require one, so i find that strange? I will check my emails.

Rear block thing for a B4, can't remember as I'd all but given up. Hence why I wanted a refund.

Tony, i just checked out our email history.

You emailed me twice friday and on saturday. I race away every weekend in some field either here or abroad so i cant reply at weekends(most often leaving on fridays). So sending 3 in a very short amount of time over a weekend period is a little hard for me to respond to.

Sorry for the delay once again. But weekend replys are few and far between.

No longer the Dirt Master I'm afraid as my title was taken away from me last Sunday. Finished 11th though so it was a decent defense of the title considering the quality entry this year :D

A little shocked at suggestions that Lee has done wrong - known Lee as a little boy as he will verify - never had a problem or know or ever heard of any - I recently had a scenario with www.RudeBits.co.uk where someone ordered a part and the bloody email got lost in all the rubbish the computer tries to filter through (spam I think they call it) - It can be a genuine mistake sometimes especially with emails - I now reply to all the emails and also try to confirm and this way nothing goes by....I have no doubt in my mind that Lee is a genuine busy lad and anything out of that equation is a simple mistake....

well it isnt manned 24/7 if thats what you mean ? he has a full time job elsewhere and away racing every weekend

i'm sure you could always take up any complaints with the Ry side of Rymart :)

You have to understand that lee dose have another business to run with Apu and that takes up a lot of his time as well

Yeh its my on the side project purely to try and bring good products from around the world to the UK of which are normally hard to obtain. i also work with Ghea to invent new product ideas, as do the whole AE team.

Its not my main business and i doubt it will ever be ahving a family 'real' business to concentrate on of which needs alot of time and also actually racing all the time which i love.

im a current partner in RyMart, as myself and a friend - the Ry' actually thought up the ideas. Hes somewhat of a 'decision maker' Im sure a few of you know him and his reputation surpasses his name! haha!
