EPR Legends race
 

We at EPR are planning to hold out annual Legends race in-between qualifing and finals both days at the EPR National.

So get those cars ready for a good thrashng!!!!
Last year was amazing and I am hoping to do the same this year.

So who's in???? :thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup:

Come on you lot!!!! Who can we get to race in the legends this year????

I would think the following aren't too far away and may be up for it? :-)

Kevin Moore
Richmond Rogers
Richard Bettany
Andy Shaw (recently started again)
Dave Burton (Also recently started again)

Plus don't the likes of Dave Duggan, Jamie booth come to some of the Nat's too?

A lot of them still race so should be pretty handy though.....

Nick, I recon you should be in the legends race!

Dave Burton actually wants to race the 2wd National if at all possible - not even sure how this can be done or who to contact about it all.
He can be there so no probs there.....

Kevin Moore? He too bloody good round EPR - he he he - sorry Kev

Dave D - yeh I reckon he can still get it round fast enough!
Andy Shaw - I think he came 2nd at a National at the old ERO many moons ago with his cougar, just behind Kevin Moore if I'm right - he can still drive for sure.
Richmond Rogers was always bloody quick and he has a lot to answer for on my company name......there is a story here that I will let you know about at the National.....
Bettaney - God....he will tell me and remind me that the bodyshell should be one colour - I will have it ready for him in the blue he likes if he's doing it.....
Jamie B - yeh and bring batteries with you as well.....!!!!
Ben S - is he around??
Marc Knight - he is also getting old - sorry Marc but he will be there I think supporting the races and the National with the shop - he can also be slower than me and therefore can't have a go for results - he he he !!
How about Pete Stevens - he does 1/8th now - or is he too old bless!!

20-21 June. We should have a race each day. For sure there was more interest on Sunday lat year after everyone saw the carnage and smiles (in that order) on Saturday!

Shame the likes of Chris Grainger aren't doing off road any more..

Chris does race for Schumacher now and Phil Booth will be there...

What time of day would it be likely to run?

In between qual and finals.

Well we are all wanting to know who is in the Legends Race - can anyone advise - do we have a short list at least??

I'm far from a legend.. but can I run my RC10 B1 again in the leg ends race? The car is legendary if the skills aren't!

I may still be able to get down, but i haven't got a car to run yet so may have to speak to Lee / Rob to see what's available :lol:

Just run Lee's SC10 - Marc Knight will be using his!

Mark Knight will be there, cool - has been a long time since I have seen him or been in a race aganst him.

The legends race was great!!!!! And it had a surprise winner from nowhere and beat some top drivers, I am gonna keep you in suspense just in case there is a huge write up about it in the EPR National report that should be done in the next week or so;)

Lets hope we can get even more on the track today!!!!!!!!

Nope nor me, still who cares as it was a lot of fun. The Sc10 of HKP did catch me on one lap and managed to snap my ball joint but who cares, i had a lot of fun, thanks.
