Camping at Bury
 

Hi Kash, Sorry to trouble you but I have just been on Bury's web site and it says Caravans have to park in the car park. Does this mean we will not be able to pitch awnings? Malcolm

What's up with them dates ? 9th 10th April.

We do have space for around 4 caravans with awnings. These will be on a first come first served basis.

What about tents? You got plently of space or should we book a space?

Caravan Awning Space
 

Hi, We would be normally one of the first but have lots to do on the Friday, including picking up a new caravan which we cannot pick up until 1pm. As we need to try the caravan out including the awning before we go on holiday. I think we may have to miss the regional, pity as I think I cannot do a full series now.

Tents
 

We have plenty of room for all your tents, masses of green grass to pitch on. 😊👍

We would like to know numbers who are planning on arriving Friday and from what time? If you could add a line on here that would be great.
We will then ensure we have Bury members on hand to direct you where to pitch etc. 👍

Will the trackbe laid out on the friday and available for practice

Pretty sure at a regional practice is only allowed on the day of the event.....

Me about 7:30 ish

Dont think there is a rule against it i believe only for national events is there a rule against this

Can we park on the grass next to the tents or do cars have to stay in the carpark?

Can someone please give me a difinative answer to my question regarding practice on the fruday evening?

As far I know No one will practice run on Friday.
Not on the weekend of north east regional.

Practice and car parking
 

Hi all, we certainly don't have practice on the Friday's. There will be a track laid out on Friday to practice, however the actual regional track will be reset on the Saturday morning.

Cars are NOT allowed on grass unfortunately. We do have a decent sized hard standing carpark and plenty of grassed area around the track to pit etc. :thumbsup:

Hope the weather is good for you all. ;)

So to make this clear, can we practice on the laid out track on the friday or not?

Practice on the Friday within the north east regional series is a no go this is to make it fair on everyone who can't attend.

What time is booking in ?
What time is practice ?
Is practice in heat order or is it open practice ?
What time will the heats start ?

Does anyone know if a shop is there for the weekend ???

Pretty sure Mike Parker will be there mate with Number5 Models.

Only 4 caravan spaces for people who want to put awnings up? Is there plenty space for other caravans? (I don't think I have the patience to put the awning up anyway!)

Main car park.
 

We have plenty of parking spaces available in the main site car park, although not next to the track, every effort will be made to place such vehicles as close as possible. :)

You will be guided as you arrive to the best available position.

The regional track will be laid Saturday morning so no one gets an advantage eithmore practice.

Definitely no practice at all on the Friday, Sorry North East ruling.

We will have someone on site from around 3pm to direct and caravans and camping, as above we have space for 4/5 caravans with awnings, we have a 120 space carpark for all other caravans. We have enough plenty of room for campers.

Steven the butty man will be on site first thing Saturday morning.

We have toilets and showers for all to use.

please can you make sure that where i normally park is blocked off so nobody parks there as i dont want to be waking anybody up at 6am saturday morning lol :)
