DMCC Summer Championship 2015
 

As most members will know the DMCC Summer Championship will start on Sunday 29th March.
If its anyway as good as the Winter Champs it will prove to be an exciting, close and fun championship.
As you all know, it will be 12 rounds with 8 to count so could end up being even closer!

Most importantly, the whole point of the championship is to have fun, so if somthing is stopping you enjoying yourself, please let anymember of the committee know. We are there to help you :)

Results have been posted from todays round 4. Things are looking interesting, with Dylan McBurney​ sneaking ahead of Denzell McBurney​, though Mick is still in the running. In Clubman Tony Dorney​ is storming ahead, with Graham Parkes​ dropping right out of the running!!

well done to all who planned and laid the track,have to say best one yet! flows great and provides some close fast racing with some good overtaking areas,really enjoyed it,cant wait to get to grips with it, just watch out for the airborne manouvers!!!

Results have been updated for round 5 and 6. Things are looking interesting with Denzell Mc Burney looking like hes running away with the 2wd top spot. But can Dylan catch up when he comes back from getting his 7 As in his leaving? Or will Tony Dorney be able to catch up with Ken Gordon whos in the current top spot in Clubman??

Reminder to Members, DMCC Summer Championship Round 8, this Sunday 5th July.
Its a busy few weeks with Champs rounds and Nationals, but things are very close!
To make things more interesting, we have added a new rule 6.11 The winner of each round has to buy the committee a packet of wagon wheels. (jammy ones).

Results updated from today. (thats efficiency for ya).
Some changes in the the ranking in 2wd Mod, Dylan McBurney was on fire today, bringing him up to 5th overall, with 4 rounds left to go. But the top 3 are Denzell, Mick B and Alan Thompson. Saw some great driving out of alan today.
Ken Gordon and Dave Bolger are still topping clubman. But can Graham Parkes or Tony Dorney change that? They will have to make sure the get to the next 4 rounds if they have any designs on a podium finish!

this weekend the great dublin bike ride will be passing by the track at the naul. We cant find exact info about road closures etc. But we would advise people to get to the track before 9.30. just in case.
I will be there for 9 so the gates will be open.
