Now I'm working on the body, so I did a positive plaster mold, a negative silicon mold and a positive resin mold (special resin for vacuum forming).

If you know which filler I can use to do some little repair, your ideas are welcome. The problem is the temperature of the polycarbonate. Maybe "tamiya putty" or 1:1 car filler???

I did some test to made the body.

The result is not so bad, but I have to place the mold on a wood plate to have better corners!

Hi what type of resin did you use and can you sand it easy after molding?

It's polyurethane resin with aluminium charge. It's very easy to sand ;)

I painted some replicas on homemade vacuumformed bodies:

I would have one of those bodies for my aero one 😄

Fit perfectly on an Aero, I tested on mine ;-)
