Why all the kfs for sale?
Noticed over this last week or two a lot of kfs for sale it makes me wonder if some1 knows about a new kit? I was going to order my 2015 kf but might just wait now, any thoughts?
|
Ha, you know my thought's!
|
I think you always get this to some degree when the new season is starting.
With the release of a new competitor car, there will always be some wanting the newest, latest etc.. On the other hand, I've just sold my "spare" KF as I dont really need it and can't justify it just sitting around... |
Think people may want the new yokomo, they may be dissapointed!!!
|
New season, people want the latest.
People expecting the release of the new updated KF. Fancying a change. |
Well iam just hoping that if there is a updated kf its just all the option parts and low grip chassis as standard. Ive just got my kf dialled on all surfaces.
|
Talk is that the new kf is coming with a new back end/gearbox. I expect people are selling as they have heard its being announced next month?
I'm keeping my high grip kit as it is. |

With the amount of team drivers Schumacher has on hand I'm not surprised there are loads of KF's about. seems like every man and his dog has some level of sponsorship from Schumacher
the 2 A finals at Worksop this past weekend were mostly Schumacher drivers. Dont think this necessarily points to the quality of the cars, but like associated in the US there is an overload of Schumacher drivers which is bad for the us normal folk in the long run. if all these guys are getting discount direct from Schumacher then less people are buying from shops. less people buying from shops means shops have to increase prices and us mere mortals suffer ofcourse I could just be having a rant and talking a load of tosh |

Only reason in my opinion is due to the yok. All the followers and sheeps out there who had a Kf because Tom had one will probably all buy a yok now he's moved and showing it works etc It's just the way it goes. If you like yours don't worry  |

There might be a couple of new cars at the next round of the EOS in Germany, then theres always the toy fair to keep an eye on next month as well. |

If youve got evidence then lets see it so all the guys on here can sell theirs before the new one arrives  |

Silverstone Buggy Club has been wall to wall KF's for nearly a year or so.
Tom pops in a few times with the new Yoki spanks everyone and guess what this Tuesday it's wall to wall Yoki's :woot: I bet if he popped in with any other car, with the bit between his teeth and a new urgency to prove himself people would be buying what ever he was driving!! He's good, very good but in my hands a new car for the sake of it is wasted so my KF is going no where and I may even buy a cheap KF as a spare  |
Now you know why...insider information.....!

After today's announcement we could politely say that the used KF market has gone a little soft!
Oh how I love 12th scale - buy a car, use it for three or four seasons and it still has a value up to 50% of a new one. Associated and CRC cars come out about every three or four seasons with a pocket-money upgrade or two between, and even Xray manage to make their 12th cars last a couple of seasons! ;) New KF looks really good quality design and engineering for your 300 notes... |
