Charger advice

I'm now looking for a quad charger as my lipo stash and cars are expanding. I'm after one that will work off mains and 12v battery, and if I can get away without a psu that would be good but not a big problem if not. I've been looking and found these that seem reasonably priced

Dose anyone have either of these or can recommend something that's simmiler or the sort if thing I should be looking for.

Thanks justin

Tbh I hadn't thought of hobbyking but I'm after something I can balance 4 separate batteries at once.

Every charge is very anal I even tell Noj and Tug the same:D buy cheap buy twice.

you can parallel charge with this, just buy the board you linked to on MS

I did look at this firs as there just round the corner from me but thought it was a bit under powered

Still only a 50 watt charger

I charge my 4 3s lipo on mine with a Para board,

Peakey 21-08-2014 05:29 PM

Does it display all the cells or not?

JonyNitro 21-08-2014 05:35 PM

NO, but I already said that. Think this is going in circles, just buy a quad charger

Peakey 21-08-2014 05:45 PM

That's why I wanted a quad so I can charge different batteries at once

JonyNitro 21-08-2014 05:52 PM

If your racing, its only 2s, or are you running 3s

shaungooner 21-08-2014 05:59 PM

These are top quality and reasonable price for four chargers in one with AC/DC built in

Peakey 21-08-2014 06:15 PM

For racing 2s but for when I'm out and about a mixture of 2,3 and 4s. I've already seen that one Shaun but I think it's a bit down on power

JonyNitro 21-08-2014 06:24 PM

What's your max budget.

Peakey 21-08-2014 06:24 PM

This looks very good for the price

JonyNitro 21-08-2014 06:30 PM

Peakey 21-08-2014 07:30 PM

:woot::woot: now that's just showing off  I can't really warrant £300 I could probably do £150 ish

JonyNitro 21-08-2014 07:46 PM

I'm not really sure then, all the Sky Rc stuff is ok

power supply for future reference

Peakey 22-08-2014 09:08 AM

I have seen some of. The skyrc stuff and I think this looks like the one I'm gonna go for and get a psu. The ones with the built in psu are lower wattage and more money

http://m.ebay.co.uk/itm/171188355545

JonyNitro 22-08-2014 02:26 PM

Looks ok take in mind it will only charge at said rates if you supply the Voltage and Watts

says 12/18 so you need 18 volt PSU that's Max it can take

Peakey 22-08-2014 02:58 PM

I've looked at the instructions online and it states a psu of 13.8v 30a 400w so shouldn't be a problem

JonyNitro 22-08-2014 03:02 PM

so PSU

Operating voltage range: DC 11.0-18.0 Volt more volts better
