New Southport date
 

I have been working with Southport and the other North West clubs and new date that is free with all the clubs is June 15th (fathers day)

Eric will be posting up new details for booking in soon.

Rather than everyone havin to book in agen why don't just keep as is . N if somone wants to cancel there entery they can

1/ All drivers who booked in and did not cancel are still on the system so they just need to check the entry list.
2/ If they can't do that date and want to cancel please let us know.
3/ All drivers who cancelled need only to add their name to this thread with class / classes they want to enter.
4/ Anyone who did not book in but wants to do this meeting must give all their details either on this thread or email [email protected]

Please note that there will NOT be a burger van present at this meeting.
There is a McDonald's within easy reach.
There will be snacks a drinks available in the clubhouse on a DIY basis with a Honesty Box. There is a microwave available to heat any food up that you bring.
Gates open 8am / booking in 8:15 / practice 8:45 / drivers briefing 9:30 / Heat 1 on the line at 9:45 .
Only use the gate next to the greenhouses, If this is locked DO NOT enter the park via the foot path. Please wait in the road until someone with a key to open up.

Due to the Southport Marine Lake Triathlon, the coast road will be closed on Sunday 15th.
Please allow for this when coming to the Regional on Sunday.
