That will certainly make it more interesting. My TL01 will make a comeback before the winter season is over, probably slower than even a 13.5T. Either 17.5T or silvercan again. Like the very early days of Clubman.

Had vintage Clubman style fun with the stock buggy today :) Slow and steady sideways progress ;)

Im in - TB02, foams and 12t, but with throttle turned down accordingly

I now have a 13t brushless motor for my ta03 :-) I fear if I hadve run 13t this week I wouldve got trounced my the f1s, im looking forward to some moderately paced door rubbing :thumbsup:

Yeah although the tyrrell always puts a smile on my face! I'm feeling more close stuff to be honest ... :yawn:

The top drivers in the heat are using F1's then there is a selection of Bertie bassetts with foams and rubber tires. :lol:

Less grippy Tamiya tyres might be a tonne of fun :)

I'm liking the idea of a treaded Tamiya tyres and cheap basic tamiya ESC only party. :) I will conceede that wearing my touring car shell for such a party would be crude and something scale would be far more appropiate.

I am more than happy to run stock tamiya slicks on a tamiya tub chassis with a silver can or torque tuned if others play the same game ... In fact my Tt02 Lancia is set up that way now ... :D

Right... a lil slower than a G2.

If you guys want yo play with silvercans/torque-tuneds and low grip tyres after this next round of high power and high grip tyres then I am in :-)

Sounds good by me - Saturn 27T and Sorex 32r tyres (good tyres but no grip on our carpet) ok this week?

Scott ain't around this week. You guys have your foam tyre "fun" if you want ;^) can be saved for next week. Gives everyone enough time to get the right tyres and motor.

If people want to say any rubber then at any compound that's cool ... I purchased a job lot of touring car premouts of various compounds all little used I am happy to lend to all .. Sweeps / sorex etc etc ... In fact take you pick, test them and offer me some loose change ... I'm easy ...

At the end of the day if your running a something BRUSHED at 23t and above I guess tyre choice is not overly important as they should not be going that fast ...



Personally i would run 24's or 28's in a tt02 or the tb04 wih nothing more that a torque tuned ...

I might take you up on that offer Scott - can you bring them along next time. I suspected Id need 28s on the front and 24s on the rear

I'm not sure I have 24's in used stock ... But if two of you want to split a set of harder and softer compounds after a test that's cool .. If you can find a set that suits you a fiver should cover it ... Or just lend them
