Tuesday Evening Meeting - 19/11/13 pre-booking

Hi all,

Our Next meeting will be on Tuesday 19th November 2013.

This Thread is the ONLY way you can you can pre-book for a club night.
(full name and classes you wish to run please)

Meeting Schedule:
Doors Open: 17.30
Practice: Once track is built (more help we get, more practice you get!)
Booking In: 18.30-18.45
Practice Closes: 19.00 (people likely to be in heat one ensure cars are repaired/charged in time!)
Racing Start: 19.05

The format will be 3 rounds of FTD qualifying, and finals.

There will be a ‘club members’ draw at the end of the night for those who pack the track away so remember to hand in your membership card when booking in for the evening!

The club carries a stock of tyres that are available at retail prices.

The club benefits from every item sold and these benefits are passed onto our members through our end of evening raffle at every club night.

Booking in will close at 8pm the Monday before the meeting, Please let me know if you can't attend after booking in ASAP!

**Persistant late cancellations/no shows will see the person put on the reserve list whilst others take preference**

Entry fee:

Senior: £7 club members, £10 non-members
Junior (Under 16): £3 club members, £5 non-members
Classes: 2wd, 4wd & Short Course/Stadium Truck

Just a quick note to say we need at least 7 to run a class!

Not quite i was on the winter series list for round temporary

Before Dudders asks, we request people book in because we will not run over 5 heats unless half term and we are approaching our busiest time. I'm enjoying all the help the club is receiving in recent weeks and most members have told me they stay due to finishing on time! The hand full of people that didn't book in last week were very lucky and took us to capacity, we would hate to turn anyone away after traveling.

This is why we don't do maybe's Mr Henderson!! :thumbsup:

I make the club rich by paying for all the rounds then withdrawing from half of them :(
