At the moment we have had no cancellations, please let us know if you are not attending so I allocate your place to a reserve.
Please Note ,No shows will automatically go on the reserve list for future rounds.
No shows who have booked into future rounds will be removed from these rounds and placed on the reserve list.
Cancellations need to be in by Friday noon at the latest.
No entry to the hall until the pitting carpet and rostrum built.
