Chadderton Series - Information + confirmed entries
 

INFORMATION FOR THE SERIES

The meetings will be held at:
Radclyffe Athletics Centre, Hunt Lane, Chadderton, 0L9 0LS.

Dates are as follows:
Round 1 - 20 October 2013
Round 2 - 17 November 2013
Round 3 - 15 December 2013
Round 4 - 12 January 2014
Round 5 - 16 February 2014
Round 6 - 9 March 2014

PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE WILL BE NO CATERING VAN ON SUNDAY!

All entries are on a first come, first served basis - with no exception. Once the meeting is full, reserves will be allocated (in order of application) to any cancelled places. Entries will only be confirmed on receipt of payment. Paypal payments can be made to [email protected] but please make sure that you accept any charges to ensure that the club receives the full payment of fees.

Fee - £10 per class. U13 - 2wd class - £10 for 2 rounds

Note: If any U13s choose to run 4wd then they will need to enter the 4wd class separately and the fee will be £10.

Cancelled places - refunds will only be given if replaced by a reserve driver.

TRACK PREPARATION IS ON SATURDAY at 1.30 pm - VOLUNTEERS ARE NEEDED TO HELP - will give you chance to have a practice after the track is built!

Round 6 is on 9 March 2014 and doors will open at 7.30 am.
Practice will be 8 am to 9 am followed by drivers' briefing
We aim to have heats on the line at 9.15 am with the intention of finishing the meeting no later than 4 pm.

The free draw, this year, will be at the end of the meeting, once the track has been cleared, and drivers will need to be present to claim any prizes.

Round 6 will be 4wd class first.

Yes there will be a shop - Mike Parker who has his shop at our club each week will be doing the Chadderton series this year.

Word of warning, if you run Associated or Yokomo, bring the spares with you. Not Mikes fault, but he doesnt stock them. :thumbsup:

Thanks for the heads up Danny.

Does ayone have anyway of filtering the list so i can actually see how many people are racing so i can filter the duplicates out for eat class etc
so i can plan for stock amounts ?
instead of scrolling down the lists ant advice would be great :)

Quite a few of you guys booked in for the Chadderton Series will have a fair idea of what me and Claire do when it comes to the brands we carry, but I can appreciate that quite a few of you guys have not met us in person.

Most of you guys will know me for the shell painting, and alongside that we have been running an internet and trackside based shop from Jan this year. We are still very much a new business but we have and will continue to grow the bases we cover. This is where we are at so far for spares coverage -

Schumacher for K1 and SV2/SVR/KR
Durango for 210 and 410
TeamC for TM2
XRay for XB4
Xfactory for the X6 Squared and Cubed

We also carry JConcepts (this covers the aftermarket gear and most importantly RIMS for AE cars)

Electronics we carry Vampire and Dualsky

Other brands we cover off - Answer RC, LMR, Rudebits, Exoteck, RDRP, Ballistic Buggy, Lunsford plus more.

Regards AE and Yokomo cars this will be addressed - Watch this space :)

Yes 240 main's just bring an extension.

Usually 4min timed practice.

Please let me know of any cancellations - preferably in time for me to offer the places elsewhere so we do not have the situation that we had for the last round where drivers did not turn up and we could have filled the places if we had known beforehand.

Payment received, confirmed and added to the list - thanks

Now need 4 drivers listed for Paypal entries for 4wd to confirm with payment. (refer to round 4 confirmed list at start of this post). This will leave 2 places which could be used if anyone wants to transfer from 2wd class to 4wd class (I have a reserve list for 2wd).

If not, then I will open these 2 places to drivers wanting 4wd places who have not already entered.

Any recommended inserts for the dboot tyres you use there please? Thank you
