there is a little "quick start Guide" on the batracer site that is really good.

basically it is an addictive little management game. Each day of real time, the game advances a session, ie day 1 - qualifying first race, day 2 - race, day 3 qualifying race 2 etc
For each session you have to test and set up your car and then choose the relevant strategy.

Well, server responds on ping just service is unavailable

game starts once we have enough players to start the season. don;t necessarily need all 22 cars filled. 7-8 teams should be enough

im away to france tonight and wont be back till tuesday..hope i dont get kicked out if i miss a race!

its on the right of the home page towards the bottom. Its a group of flags called "multi lingual help" (sorry, they have moved it since i last looked at it!)

don't think you get kicked out of private games, but in a public game you get kicked out if you miss more than 48 hours i think, or your team mate can sack you if you fail to do any testing laps etc on a regular basis

Just to say for anyone new joining, please join an existing team, as opposed to starting your own. This game is pretty hard if you have a one man team when it starts!

So I guess we have a Toyota seat and a Renault seat up for grabs :thumbsup:

Chris, my sacking doesn't seem to have worked! Maybe you are unsackable!!

I suspsect it won't let me sack you until the season actually starts as i tried to initiate the sacking again and it said i wasn't allowed at that time. I'll try once the season starts then someone can hopefully join as a mid season.
