Doubt it, their terminal velocity would be too low I expect (besides that, some of them can fly).

RLGfx 18-10-2007 09:16 AM

depnds what you drop it into...

super__dan 18-10-2007 09:34 AM

I think it would in a vacuum ;)

RLGfx 18-10-2007 09:36 AM

dropped in to a vacuum cleaner? now that's just mean...

DCM 18-10-2007 09:57 AM

they could build a colony in the dust of the vacum bag, unless you got one of them compacting ones.....

I know they don't survive a brake cleaner induced nest inferno..... but they don't come out on fire....

You'd have problems stopping it exploding first though.

Northy 18-10-2007 04:16 PM

I don't think any of you are taking this seriously :mad:

RLGfx 18-10-2007 04:22 PM

Does the ant have a parachute?

Kopite 18-10-2007 05:05 PM

No, but it has a jet pack, like in Robocop 3

antnee 18-10-2007 06:41 PM

well a six legged ant as in an insect, or a human 'ant' like me?

Yoda 18-10-2007 07:42 PM

By falling killed an an cannot be from any height

Believe me, an ant cannot be killed by falling, from any height.

The force of impact required to invalidate the life force of such a small and indestructible life form cannot be produced from any combination of the laws formulated by the main man, Mr Newton.

E = 1/2 M x V x V

F = M x A

E = M x C x C (Mr Einstein's)
