I think those people were able to leave the track there and they are gonna organise an edition of the BNK (Belgian-Dutch-CHampionchip) there ... and maybe even an endurance-race later on.

I'm sorry Freudeke, but AFAIK in ENglish, it is called "Dutch Championship", .. even if it is about the Netherlands. :p;)

I bet we could even might find you a place in 4WD. (Niggs had got reservatuion for three drivers in 4WD .. but the the two other drivers (can't recall who they were) suddenly renounced
pitty you can't come
but Im' almost certain this competition will be repeated.

Looks sweet.

niggs98 09-02-2009 08:18 AM

was awsome to drive on tel although hard to get rid of all the grip that was there. 1 st of tyres on both cars for 2 days of racing and ended up scrubbing them down on the concrete to make it easier to drive lol. was an awsome meeting with everyone being very helpful and friendly. roll on next year as i will definatly be backto defend the 4wd title ;)

Well done Niggs and Team Xtreme good result for the predator!

Certainly was a special weekend.
I had a wonderful time being around friends and meeting new ones.

Also, thx HEAPS, Niggs, for all the help on my Pred, especially on my diff-probs (had 5 diff-rings broken!) ... but I learned a lot this weekend and that's what it was all about.
Maybe better next time, because my driving was cr*p. Still mucho learning and training to do :).

We were 4 Pred drivers on this track and Nathan surely made people aware of the possibilities of the Pred.
Many pilots had already heard of the Pred and seen it on pictures ... but now Nathan really did put it on the RC-map.
He did certainly not had an easy win. The competition was tough and Niggs showed (what I personally find most important) superb AND fair driving.
Well done, Nathan! Great job.

It sure was fun and I hope the Duvels got home allright ;)

I had a very pleasant we too!

The track was quite challenging, jump timing being the key to fast laps imo (or just to be able to finish the 5 mins...).
The second double just before the hairpin and the table was just so difficult to get right!

With a total of 13 runs in both 4x2 and 4x4 categories (2 practices, 7 qualif. and 4 finals) , it was certainly the longest week-end race I've ever done.

Timing and organisation team were just perfect.

Hope to see more UK drivers for the next edition! :p
btw, nice to have met you Nathan and congrats for the 4x4 title again!

Great looking track, nice result Nathan!

Regarding the Dutch vs Netherlands thing, what exactly is the difference? I always did wonder

The Netherlands = name of the country
The Dutch = the people living there
Dutch = the language spoken

Lowie 09-02-2009 12:48 PM

AND ... (now it gets realy confusing) ... in Belgium,
part of the people speak German (very small part) in the regions that are close to Germany,
Part of it speaks French, in the south-eastern side of the country. These people are also called Walloons (and their "brand" of French is called Walloon)
And then in the mostly north-western part, the people speak Dutch. These people are called Flemish (and their "brand of Ducth is called Flemish).

For us, Flemish and Dutch people it is more simple because we call the country: "Nederland" and the language "Nederlands".

Even more confusing: The country you call Germany, calls it selves Deutchland and their language "Deutch" (which you call German).

Acyually don't know why you crazy Brits call this language Nederlands Dutch and Deutch German. It is you who seem the make a messof those things :)
