is you can't read the ESC's LED's after a run very easily with or without the fan.

Non the less a neat install

Yes it's close, but close is fine :D touching is not fine hehe
Easy access to LEDs and buttons

jaffacake 02-09-2011 06:54 PM

@ Big G...do you need to run a fan on that Tekin speedo?
Im interested in your very neat install, im running a 'massive' Futaba receiver too..bloody nightmare trying to jam it all in the Durango.

captainlip 02-09-2011 07:29 PM

no fan required with the rs pro

Big G 02-09-2011 08:37 PM

true no fan required, but on very hot days racing on grass I have thermalled it out...

captainlip 02-09-2011 09:18 PM

im on 21p and 6.5t x12 and so far no thermals, advised to use a 23t but this will obvoiusly increase temps

Big G 02-09-2011 10:00 PM

it was a really hot day though. I haven't got a fan on now with my 5.5 and haven't had a problem with a 19t pinion

Its easy! Reciever and servo wires need shortening, but it all fits
.
