What are the rear toe in blocks made of?
Looks very nice! Stealthy. S2 shell has always been one of my faves |
Nice looking car, I do like that bodyshell.
It's going to be interesting seeing how the production version compares with the likes of the Vega. |

I am loving seeing this car wrapped in something I created, gives me goose bumps  |
Do you get royalties on every kit sold then?:woot:

Was wondering when you would post Craig!!!
I remember racing the S2 at the Belgium GP three years ago :wub |

1) I thought the anti squat was a standard 2 degree and couldn't be changed? 2) Can you confirm if the rest of the team are using AS9730 plastic zero degree rear hubs and not the alloy ones etc. I'm guessing standard in the set up sheet means these from when I last spoke to bradders! 3) is no one using ghea pistons this season or last in the c4??? 4) what are the best ways to secure the shell on the sides? 5) Any news on the new shell wez is looking at doing? 6) Are the c4.1 wings going to be available separately or not? Thanks that is all  |

Few questions above for you both !!!! Have any kits been shipped yet to the shops? |

2) yes they are , but that’s down to them wanting to run/try 0 degree hubs and i think they just used the plastic ones to test and stuck with them. 3) as far as i am aware no , but that may change! 4) i would personally take an off cut of the shell say 1 inch square and bend it through 90 degree, then slip it between the lipo cradle and chassis using them to clamp it in place. then a dab of Velcro on the shell and body and that should be it ( i am going to do a small report on how i did it on mine and post it up ) 5) working on it and as soon as i have the first pull on the new design and we are happy i will let you all know 6) not as far as i am aware no but i will ask the question and push for it to be sold separately. |
First part of mine has arrived today. (The rear chassis brace) LOL
should have the rest of mine later today or tomorrow morning :) Ive built everything from my b4.1 kit up ready. All i need to do it screw to chassis and fit my already paint shell and wing :) |
Will try to post pics of mine later tonight!

http://i10.photobucket.com/albums/a1...l/c41mount.jpg
this is just a quick rear body mount i made in 5 mins, just nicked a bit of lexan out of the back of the shell ( about 40mm x 60mm ) then cut it length ways, put a 90 deg bend in it 10 mm from the edge and pinched it between the cradle and chassis, bit of velcro on the shell and mount and jobs done :-) one either side and that suckers going no where ! if i had more lexan i would of made them the length of the cradle tbh ! |
I don't suppose the new 'wezzer' shell might have an undertray to go with it as well? If not, could it? ;) Just thinking I'd like to protect that black anodising from damage...

Do I win anything for spotting the fact that there was no antenna mount in the box?? Or is it just my kit thats missing it?? lol
Just need my lipos to turn up so I can finish the build. |
The Vega didnt come with a aerial mount either, I used one from my Durango radio plate, looks nice and neat and takes a bolt straight up the middle of it.
Tried a alloy aerial mount but they dont seem to grip the aerial tube that well. |
Westw00d's Centro C4.1

What are those white clips that hold the sensor wire? Thx |
There silver aluminum clips with servo tape on the back. They've been around for years.
