NDesign, it's based on a design Kifopaint did for one of the guys over here, he needed stuff done really quickly, and wanted it pretty much replicated, so credit where it's due!
There's 4 different blues in it though!

I've been stupidly busy and not online much, must to a batch upload of new stuff at some point.
