Round 1 MK Winter Series

Just an update guys, we have been setting things up today and I must say your all in for a real treat!! :D

The track is just awesome!!!!!!!!

Andy has come up with a really good design which incorporates the BIG table top, 2 yes 2 crossovers plus a nice balance of slippery floor and carpet sections.

Its fast flowing plenty wide enough and I excpect some great racing tomoz.

Remember doors open @ 8am ;)

RR.

c0sie 19-01-2008 08:09 PM

w00t!
The cross overs are back!

GRIFF55 19-01-2008 08:51 PM

MK999 20-01-2008 04:12 PM

Just got back, was a brilliant race day guys, and a fantastic venue. Track is as was mentioned, absolutely brilliant :)

showtime 20-01-2008 04:18 PM

Dang you beat me to it

the track was brilliant! it had a bit of everything :D
only gripe was a bit of restricted visibilty on the other side of the tabletop but it wasn't really a problem unless you got hit & couldn't see which way you were pointing

great meeting, track was really fun to drive (loads of smiling faces coming off the rostrum) really good way to spend a January Sunday :D

anyone got a bigger pinion they can lend me :o

mobile chicane 20-01-2008 04:35 PM

c0sie 20-01-2008 04:59 PM

Ace day, even managed to win the 4WD B lol
Much love to Pidge for proving that a funky barnet makes you win A-finals..oh and for hooking me up with cells :)

Garlic naan...yummy

c0sie 20-01-2008 05:47 PM

And..kudos to Harris for TQ'ing 2WD on the S2's competetive maiden outing?
:)

MK999 20-01-2008 06:16 PM

The S2 and what looked to me like an S44 both looked very quick :) and i didn't actually see pidge racing in the A final? looked like someone borrowed his car or something:confused:

GRIFF55 20-01-2008 07:36 PM

Thanks all for a great day, even if i have just got in. Well worth it again, excellent track, food and racing. See you all next time

Mash Potato 20-01-2008 07:46 PM

Had a great day, even if my driving leaves a lot to be desired!!

Looking forward to the next one.

OldTimer 20-01-2008 08:19 PM

Great track and a well run meeting, and no problems with the PT's which was great. And it was a tad warmer in the hall this time :D

And a good showing for the Atomic Carbon cars, Craig taking TQ and 2nd in the 2wd A with the CF tub S2, Andy Griff winning the 4wd A with the S4, and i even managed 4th in the A from 10th, with the Atomic Carbon upgraded B44, which ran without any problems all day.

c0sie 20-01-2008 08:44 PM
