those doubles sure look troublesome for the buggys:(

kedal 06-08-2010 08:32 AM

The tracks looks pretty good !
But the problem is the double... Wonder if it's on the right way. The first jump look too small to jump well...

How is the grip on your track ?

zagonielod 06-08-2010 08:49 AM

That is only a temporary track in another city. That's not our track. It has pretty good grip on parts, after that comes some dusty part where you just loose grip instantly, after that some grass which brakes you very hard, and after that you start it all up again :P
that double was i was complaining about so much. It means than that it wasn't only my fault that I couldn't jump it. 4WD had no problem on it thou....

4wd are easier to jump, you just change the throttle to change the angle of the car in the air.

The short course trucks looked to jump it well though

Not at home for one week from tomorrow.

Get to training today, the Tekin RS works very well !
I broke a rear hub, but also I broke the alloy intermediare gear ! Totally destroyed, pic later next week.
I dont know if its only my piece or its a "normal" issue" but I'm a little mad about it !
I put the stock one back, and it works very well.

The car was very good and I confirm, the Double Dee's are very good tires !

nicefrog 07-08-2010 11:10 PM

Bad luck about the idler gear, I wonder if anyone else has broken one. Better tell tcmodels it needs to be stronger, bit more alloy maybe?. In the meantime you can get steel ones from the states http://outfrontframes.com/cart/index...oducts_id=1133

Jaune 08-08-2010 12:14 AM

The factory already made an alu idler gear. The hpi blitz idler is a direct fit also.

ben44 08-08-2010 07:49 PM

I was just driving slow too and ....... My wheel tipped over :eh?: ahah, but it probably happened on one of the previous laps, I think there's not enough plastic around the edge of those holes, another 1mm might be enough

Yeah I thought a long ball stud will fix this :) next time I will change it

positronic 14-08-2010 08:31 AM

I noticed on the front brass weight hopup it says on the stickers that come with it says TC04T

now wouldnt that be cool a pro 4wd stadium truck

ben44 14-08-2010 01:56 PM

On my X pro I do a test with the Kyosho piston.
I putt the 2B on front and the 3B on the rear, with the losi 27.5
This is too smooth with huile to you use, more on the front than in the rear.
