Found a new better way to fit a LRP speedo http://i135.photobucket.com/albums/q.../speedo002.jpg http://i135.photobucket.com/albums/q.../speedo001.jpg This is how it used to be, but the cables rubbed on the spur gear http://i135.photobucket.com/albums/q...5092009224.jpg Tim |

I went one step further and rewired my servo and speedo receiver leads to the exact length required ! not to be done by all but a much neater install

Hey trap, those are 3Racing wheel/tyre set. They work really well on my local indoor/carpet track. Loads of steering, grip and they are really cheap too, costing around €20,- for a complete set. Just don't look at the way they have been glued

Yep, +1 on the tidy wiring. I tried to work out a way to fit the same esc and gave up, put it in my TC and fitted a Tekin.
Any chance of an above shot to get a good gander? Here's mine while i'm at it: |
Thanks!
Yeah, the ESC is big in the Durango and the big capacitor doesn't make the job any easier. Here's a better pic of the wiring. http://lagrebilder.no/out.php/i69959_IMG5151Medium.jpg |
I take it you just mounted the batt wires at 90 degrees?
I have the big 4 in a row SP capacitors too which didn't help. |
I mounted the batt wires up-side-down,
so that the wires are pointing down on the chassis. |
Nice one! You've just solved my dilemma with mounting it in my TC, thanks!

here my as just completed it
