Come on Chris tell the whole truth. The Mid-West are kicking everyone else's arse. From memory we have 64 points and the next placed region have 152.

It should be done and dusted, everyone else can packup and go home :p

Stan the man did the job again today with TQ and won first and seocnd leg.

then..

Chris Cocker
Andy Griff

Well done to the Coventry club well run meeting track could have been changed a bit more between days.

As for me 2wd was good I qualified I 5 after taking the lead on the firs tlaplead it for sbout 3 1/2 minutes after a silly mistake caught him again but just couldnt get past him.

4wd started well round one was in the G then i moved up to the F for a while but then finally afterwards i had dropped down to H2 :( So bolted some new tyres on to try and win it and i did the most unprofestional thing in the world. And i should have never done it. And i was stupid to do it. And im kiknig myself now.

Lee was 2nd, but had two 10's.

I was happy with qually, going 3rd on the grid, mucked up round 4 which cost me 2nd.

I got hit on the first corner on lap 1 and ended up 6th.
Got clean away in second leg, was clear 2nd with a broken shock tower, luckily i still had the pace to keep it as the ballstud JUST held on.
Got away well in leg 3 but got caught up in 1st places accident and lost too many places.

Even so im really happy with todays result, although i wish i could of got 2nd overall.

Big thanks to my pit bitches Millzy and Si, Millzy got my car really hooked up and suited to my driving style, i probably wouldn't have done half as well without the help.
Thanks to Preddy for the cells, tyres, shock tower etc, really appreciate it mate.
And a general thanks to everyone else for making the weekend really good fun, especially the ppl i pitted with!

andy reeves 16-09-2007 07:45 PM

Well i was completely shocked by my performance today. First two rounds we awful and only managed to 9 laps in total. Round 3 i had 10th in the round and then the final round i had 2nd :o :o Which meant i made my first a final. The finals them self were good fun and a great learing expirence.

Big well done to Coventry and also the BRCA team who controbuted to a great meeting.

bigred5765 16-09-2007 08:36 PM

In the right hands I think it could win the World Championships :p

No seriously, it felt good for the very first turn of it wheels. What with helping out I didnt realy think to double/triple check everything ready for it maiden outing. So with the slipper loose, it performed very well.

Very happy with the D4's single run today, already showing awesome promise for next season, looks like a long winter of testing ahead.

Congrats to the "Stan the Man" on his double TQ & win weekend.

Mid-West got the job done in quite awesome style, scoring 64 points yesterday and 65 today (129 total) think second place had 262 points total.
