hi i have meshed it but sounds as smooth as i can get it but when i take it in reverse it make a crunching noise sometimes
plus there only 1 way the plate fit in on to the motor

take it to the club, let people look at it in their hands, it's the easiest way to diagnose the problem. Not sure you are going to get answers on here any more.

Disable the reverse on the esc.

dont think so as it go backward but sometimes make a noise some time when you put a bit more power on

are they not ment to go backwards then ? thanks and what the easies way to set the spur to the pinion gear that all i need to do
