The RC10 looks to me like it is using Kyosho Scorpion or Tomahawk rear wishbones??? Whenever they ran in the UK the trailing arm suspension on the JRX2 was generaly dumped in favour of normal wishbones.
However we did do mad things like cut an inch off the length of the RC10 chassis to make it turn better on grass!! BTW, found some original Optima spikey tyres on original 3 piece RC10 wheels tonight, what are they worth then???? |
Just looked at the Losi/RC10 ad again and if you look carefully at the picture of the manuals you can see a full set of Losi JRX2 stickers!
Now they would be worth getting hold of! |
There were a few trailing arm suspension set-ups done by aftermarket companies in the US, and were popular I believe.
Se here for more info than you would probably ever need: http://www.rc10talk.com/ G |

I may sneak a test session at York on Saturday night with the ProCat as I don't think I can make the Aces.

I'd love a chain drive mip 4wd rc10, lovely, especially in a gold tubber.
I have a mag from 1992 with the belt drive version (using the stealth gearbox I think) that looked ace. I've been collecting for years (but not now) and never seen a complete kit for sale. just parts. I have some trailing arms for my rc10 brand new but they need a flat chassis to mount them - maybe the graphite chassis or they might need some other after market affair. |
