Mikey, I’m sure any of the Schumacher Team coming down to Torch this weekend will be more than willing and able to help with any set-up tips for members, just come over and ask. But don’t ask DC.

Raining here :thumbdown::thumbdown:

Gnarly Old Dog 27-05-2010 07:13 AM

Not here though

Has been raining though.

Do you think Yellows or Greens?

mikeyscott 27-05-2010 07:36 AM

It's rained here, but I think the forecast is dry for the remainder of the week.

http://news.bbc.co.uk/weather/forecast/11?area=SO32

Light rain isn't a prob, just as long as it's nothing like last bank holiday!

Thanks to those who've sent me their details etc.

I can't speak for the E-train but no, sadly I'm not able to make it this time but it already sounds like it'll be one to remember - what with Grant and his trombone, Biscuits and his ginger nuts, Ross with his multicoloured tyres and black steelies and curtains with his right-sided pit table. Lets just hope that Curtains finds a wing that he can dial in to suit his eclectic balance of low speed numbness and high speed sensitivity:thumbsup:

Hope they'll be a live results feed somewhere?

Can someone video the finals please and please DC, can we have more of your classic one-liners in the commentary.

Or perhaps you could commentate as you race?

David Church 27-05-2010 12:18 PM

i could try and commentate while I race!!!

And what was your favorite 1 liner???

Gnarly Old Dog 27-05-2010 12:26 PM

I dunno Dave, you come out with some really good ones a lot of the time.

I did quite like the one you came out with on Sunday about racer Tom Jones and it not being unusual - ( sorry Tom) but my all time fave has to be when Keefy broke out at one of the nationals whilst in the lead

"Oh No, Biscuits has crashed .... It's broken biscuits!"

Quality!

Sure you can think up some fresh ones - especially now he's let on about his affinity for Ginger Nuts :woot:
