Now that's not a bad idea... hmmm I can't change it now really, way too lazy me lol

Plan (I think) is to put the video with Jimmy's ace photos and text; I seem to have added to the pressure for him to get this done now, oops... sorry!

ashleyb4 14-05-2007 06:04 PM

The best thing about kiddy for me was to only having to go to the shop once and that was for tyres and wheels :) Also being random with jimmy and stu. And rugby tackerling Chris Long:D (Sorry for calling you that name you dont like chris:( ) And i also found out my nice new exspensive gazebo isnt waterproof.:(

But i did ok and i got some ok points:)

It really was stupid however how many people went on with no hint of water proofing! :o :eh?: Two cars stopped in front of me and Brian while we were marshalling, both still had HUGE air holes open, and bare electrics :wtf:

There was some very random lines to avoid the deep puddles, i guess my normal racing line then lol.

ashleyb4 14-05-2007 06:37 PM

I looked a right state walking around with my dirty t-shirt on i found half of oswestry's soil in my tyres that i had jusr riped off.

4WD Pics

I only spent a short while taking pics during 4wd - about 15 mins I think.
I didn't want to get too wet.

Jimmy on the other hand, being barking mad, stayed out till the end. Some of his rain shots are the best RC pics I've ever seen - and that was just viwed on his camera screen - be warned.

Stu 14-05-2007 07:58 PM

Jimmy will be the meat.

ashleyb4 14-05-2007 08:07 PM

YAY working

A

Bathy 14-05-2007 08:37 PM

Good pictures Stu, I think I saw you with the plate of cheese, I thought you'd gone mad, seeing it next to the RC car it now all makes sense... :wtf: !

ashleyb4 14-05-2007 08:38 PM

edited.

PaulRotheram 14-05-2007 08:47 PM

ashley, stus server is quite slow at the moment, please dont post pictures which are not links from his site as it slows both his site, and oople.... especially 3 pictures together.

Northy 14-05-2007 08:57 PM

Ace photos Jimmy, one of mine as well!!!!

Loving the 'wet' action, when you see the cars like that you realise why so many were breaking.

2wd, 69th in round 2 (hungover)... have it!

http://www.oople.com/rc/photos/kidde.../NO5E0974.html

2wd sucks co%* however huh... ha ha that's not my car honest

Chris Doughty 15-05-2007 09:42 AM

Jimmys and Stu's pics are ace as always. love that 45 degree shot of my side-pod jimmy! just what I wanted :)

the vid is good David... how about you do some 'live' interviews for the next one?

Sounds like a good idea, I'm sure Lee would be up for it, would you be happy to do one Chris?

I don't know so many of the other top guys to ask really, also I'll hold the camera maybe Vicky to ask questions... please?

Getting all a bit 'proper job' this, was only started as 'gag' I can see myself buying a proper video camera, mic etc... that's progression, tis all good.

jimmy 15-05-2007 10:11 AM

Slippery slope bathy! Slippery! :)

Chris Doughty 15-05-2007 10:19 AM

I don't mind doing a bit, all in the aid of fun :p

Lee Martin 15-05-2007 10:23 AM

ill do the nutter ones!!!!!

Rossco_4 15-05-2007 12:46 PM

I'm confused...... nothing new there but i'm looking at the results from 4wd at kidderminster. looking at the overall heat qualifying page on the BRCA Offroad index I'm listed as 33rd in the overall standings after 2 rounds of qualifying (43rd in round 1 and 36th in round 2). Then when i look at the national series results page for 4wd it list my score from kiddy as 85. Surely 85 points is less than i should have got? 130 - subtract either 33 (my placing after 2 rounds of qualifying) or 36 (my best round score) would be either 97 or 94....... can someone explain how that works? sorry if its dead obvious but i'm not seeing it.
