i got that message too but i just selected a different card within my paypal & it worked fine :thumbsup:

I have tried again and again with a different card and without going through my paypal just using card then i get this:

I am worried now that i might not be able to get in as this could fill up quickly.

How do I change my grading please, mate. After seeing all the others I would like to change mine.
